I am a very tolerant customer and rarely write reviews, but my experience obtaining a renter's insurance policy with this group was pretty awful. I had a policy with them last year and it was a breeze. Even for this year, I initially had no problem getting a policy. The day before my move, my apartment complex called and stated that I needed a 3rd party added. I had been working with Jenny previously, so she was helping me add the 3rd party address. I stated the correct address over the phone and the version I recieved was incorrect. I wish I was kidding but this happened about 4 more times. The
