2 weeks ago I booked an appointment with chrome glow. I arrived yesterday for my appointment to be told that the business had a issue and all the appointments got wiped. The owner was still kind enough to take me at my word but explained that they do a lot of internet business and never book on mondays (so they can ship the weekend orders out) so was unsure why the employee booked it. They were able to shuffle something's around and still get my bike done in a day. Very clean and professional install too. They even apologized for the inconvenience and took care of me. I highly recommend them

I spoke with Angel on the phone and the customer service was 100% back in March I bought the Honda Fury fender eliminator kit and I got to say if the fit isn't right just keep adjusting and tighten all the hardware down properly! You can get minimal gaping with it. Its quick and easy to install and connect NO CUTTING necessary! So far its the only fender eliminator kit I've had or seen with a very small very bright single LED ran with a ribbon setup which means you don't get the kinks that you will get with regular wired applications! Its a little tricky to properly hide the bikes original rear

I live in North Miami Beach so the easiest thing to do would have been to order the lights I needed online and have someone closer install them. However, I wanted to make sure I had the right parts the first time around and someone who knew what they were doing. I wanted the best so the ride to Coral Springs and back was definitely worth it. Friendly staff, quick service while I waited comfortably eating a bagel compliments of Denise, reasonable prices and a warranty for peace of mind, I feel like I got it all. I rode out more than satisfied and look forward to my next lighting mod with Chrome

Brought my Vulcan Custom in to have a LED problem fixed, Jesse already knew the issue immediately & was able to fix. Also found a manufacturer defect in my rear under fender LED that I purchased last year and offered & honored a warranty fix to make sure my bike was safe, it was about to break off, I didn't know. Excellent service, quick turnaround, fair pricing... Couple other people on staff there too forget their names, also great. I left same Google review, this is a real review....Highly recommend.

I recently had custom made run/brake/turn light bars installed on my 1992 FLHTCU for my touring pac, and lower fender bumper guard. Jesse did a great job of providing me with a custom look that fit not only what I wanted, but flowed nicely with the bike. Jesse and the Chrome Glow group have shown me the best customer service, and forward thinking that most vendors lack. This was truly a rewarding and rare experience to work with professionals that take the time to understand your wants and needs.

Went there to look into changing my headlight to an LED bulb,
They were awesome,I actually picked out a completely new daylight fixture,service was 10+++
Couldn't be more knowledgeable.
Price was great,but more importantly felt confident with his experience.

After searching online for led lights for my rims I found Chrime glow near my house. I called and talked to Jesse and he had the lights I needed for $200 less than I found anywhere online. He was very friendly and helpful and even helped me get a new front tire from the shop a few doors down from him. My lights were installed within a day and they look amazing!!! I am very happy with his work and will definitely recommend him when people ask where I got my badass lights from

After some internet research I found Chrome Glows website. They had everything I was looking for to upgrade me and my girlfriends Honda's to brighter led lighting. Living in "blue Hair" South Florida where to survive you want to be seen on your bike. With pleasant surprise they were only 25 miles south of us. I called ahead and spoke to Jesse on the phone and he was super friendly and answered all my questions. He put my order in a bag and had it waiting for me. We met the owner Chris and he was super awesome and even did some internet searches to help me install what we ordered
