Our family has used Higgins Funeral Home of Benton, Tennessee for years. Recently, we had to bury my father and the staff at Higgins were supportive and comforting throughout the process. Higgins Managing Partner, Ryan Qualls, demonstrated immense compassion and attention to detail throughout the planning process. The service went exactly as planned and was truly beautiful. I also want to acknowledge the support we received from funeral directors Bill Blackwell and Jim Gold. I wouldn’t look anywhere else to provide the funeral services of a loved one.

Ryan and Bill took EXCELLENT care of my Aunt & my Cousin after my Uncle's recent passing. From the moment Ryan showed up at their house to pick up till the last Condolences after everything was finished. They made sure the family was comforted and taken care of while providing excellent care and handling of my uncle and his arrangements. I highly recommend Higgins Funeral Home. Excellent quality at an Affordable Price.

VERY disappointed .They had the doors locked to where you go in to view the body, we stood in the lobby close to an hour waiting. She looked nothing like herself. We all felt so rushed the entire time. I never seen but 1 employee, and he was not friendly at all. My Aunt deserved much better from a funeral home. Would never recommend this place.
