United Title Company (formerly United Title Insurance Company) was incorporated in 1975 as a title insurance underwriting company, issuing title insurance to attorneys in private practice in North Carolina. In 1992, United Title became an agency operation representing a number of national title insurance underwriters in the issuance of title insurance products in North Carolina.
United Title Company now represents three national underwriters and issues policies throughout the state for commercial, residential and agricultural real estate closings. Our licensed attorneys and staff have extensive experience and expertise in title insurance underwriting.
