Services
If you are involved in a real estate transaction, you are a target for cyber-criminals. They can hack into email accounts and direct you to wire money to the hacker's account, or they can send an email that appears to be from your agent, lender, title company or another trusted source. Please, NEVER wire any money to Rosner Settlement Services without first calling me to verify the wiring instructions.
Jeffrey Rosner did his undergraduate work at Boston University (BU), graduating in 1996 Magna cum laude. While at BU he was active at the Hillel, Vice President of AIPAC, had a radio show at the student station, announced BU basketball games, played on several intramural champion softball and football teams and was the lead in the Arthur Miller play Broken Glass.
Was referred to Rosner by a client. Jeff responded near immediately and we jumped on a call to discuss the title insurance for a property I was closing on. They saved me ~$2,500 vs the title agency the lender was recommending. If you are closing on a property and don't call Rosner, you'd be making a mistake.
If you own a house probably your biggest lifetime investment you no doubt have homeowner's insurance which protects you against fire, flood, theft, etc. What then is title insurance and how does it differ from the former? The answer is that it protects you and the lender i.e. For example, there may be back taxes due on the property that need to be resolved before the transfer of title is completed.
If you haven't already done so, please review the Title Insurance and Closing pages to gain an understanding of the process and unfamiliar terms before checking out our rates and fees. You are also welcome to contact me without obligation for specific quotes or if you need further explanation of the process involved.

We are first time buyers, and chose to be unrepresented by an Agent. Jeff took extra time to answer our questions and was super honest and clear. A rarity in the murky world of real estate. He was responsive and proactive. Highly recommend his services. And he saved us a fortune on the title search and closing costs.
