In order to qualify under California Lemon Law, your vehicle must have demonstrated problems while under its' original manufacturers warranty. Each manufacturer sets its' own terms for its' warranty period. Mercedes Benz - All new Mercedes-Benz vehicles are protected by our New Vehicle Limited Warranty, covering defects in material or workmanship for 48-months or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.

Raphael made this whole experience very smooth. When i first called about the lemon issue with my vehicle he was very transparent about the entire process and set what my expectations should be throughout the whole process. I will definitely be recommending this firm. I often hear horror stories about having to go through this process, but glad Raphael made this as painless as possible on my part and was able to obtain the resolution we required.

Masih was great to work with. We had bought a used Tesla and upon delivery, we discovered that it had been a smoker's car. We called Tesla the same day to have it taken back because that information had not been disclosed to us, but we kept getting the run-around. No one would answer emails or return our calls. It was especially problematic because both my son and I have respiratory issues that were made worse by this car. Not hearing back from Tesla, we had it Ozoned a few times and deeply detailed.
