I called to get an estimate. The person I spoke with was very helpful. She told me what the probable causes were for my problems and discussed the various options regarding repair. We determined that the laptop was not worth fixing. I was very impressed with the professional nature and quality of this response.

I was in the middle of a busy work day and my lap top screen shut off. Instead of chucking it across the office I made the wise decision to call computech.
This was Thursday morning, and not only did I have excel sheets on there that I needed, I was leaving Friday night for vacation!
After calming down and packing up my computer I headed across town to computech and was greeted right away by a very understanding receptionist. I filled out a sheet describing the issue and explained that I needed it fixed asap.
