I took 2 laptops in with one not booting and another with apple juice damage from child (the latter had been determined to be unrepairable by another company (UbreakWefix)). He turned them both around in a week and both are running better than ever.

Very prompt and professional service at reasonable rate. Fixed my liquid cooling system on custom build PC. Offered pick up the day the replacement parts arrived. The owner will talk through the issue with you like a doctor for best solution that you feel comfortable with. Highly suggested if you have any PC issues and no corporate B.S. or sales tactics is a huge plus!

When one of our two front office computers went down, we found Dragon Computer Tech on Google. After reading some of the reviews, we decided to give them a call and we are so glad we did! Within the hour, Ze'ev was in the office and able to diagnose our issue to get our computer back up and running. He was accomodating of our busy patient schedule and explained things thoroughly and clearly so we understood what needed to be done. So, my computer broke, which I need for school. It wouldn’t turn on at all. The student IT hub at the University of Rochester told me to take it to best buy, where best buy said that it was unfixable, and the best they could do was pull my data off my laptop - which they then failed to do. My father found this company, who not only was able to upload all of my data, but was able to get my laptop up and entirely fixed, something I didn’t even think was possible. I also really appreciate them driving onto and off of campus to pick up/drop off my laptop as I am a student and don’t have a car

Incredibly responsive and effective at diagnosing and fixing the problem - what more could you ask for? Ze'ev saw me only 45 minutes after my initial call, worked on my laptop for hours (all while I sat with him and he explained everything he was doing diagnostically) and then fixed it. (My hard drive was bad so he had to move a bunch of files after installing a new one.) Ze'ev took the time to make sure the machine was not only working, but was also set up to my liking - and even took a phone call the following morning when I couldn't figure out why my documents were opening in Wordpad instead

My laptop was painfully slow and I was very close to purchasing a new one. Fortunately, I decided to ask Ze’ev to take a look at it first and after a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem. It was repaired in less than 24 hours and works like new, possibly even better. He was also reasonably priced (much less expensive than a new laptop!). I am so glad I stumbled across his website and absolutely recommend his services.

I went to repair my liquidated damage on my MacBook Air which I cannot open. Before I came here, l went to Best Buy to consult and they ask for at least $1300. I also called some other stores, not only they charge a lot more, also they said it will take at least a week to repair or even just diagonal. I came to Dragon Computer Tech and he just spent one hour or so and fixed my problem. Now everything function well on my laptop and it just took an hour to get this fixed. The tech is really friendly and nice! He is so professional and the price is reasonable. The diagnostic is inspected for free

I thank him for his flexibility and reliably. His prices are reasonable with his explanations on that and this for specific reasons. He was very excellent with communication with me (as a Deaf person). He was very adapting to my needs. He was very kind, funny and smart. I am very pleased with his services and I thank him again for his hard work, commitment and dedicated to what he loves to do. I would definitely use him and his services again in the future :)
