Took my work vehicle in to have my brakes replaced for the second time in three months. After the first brake job the brakes pads were gone, metal on metal.(Explain that?) They replaced everything under warranty but in the process my 250.00$ Bosch impact drill disappeared out of my truck. When I spoke to the manager the first thing out of his mouth was,( We don't have cameras.) I'm very thorough when it comes to my tools and I know it disappeared while I was there. My conclusion is they are incompetent and thieves.

While waiting for my car to be serviced, a lady was checking out and they told her her tire was fine and only the outer portion of her tire was punctured - nail went diagonal instead of straight through the tire. No charge for them to look! She was so surprised! She went to another place yesterday and they told her it couldn’t be patched and quoted her over $400. That is why I only use Black’s Carolina Beach Rd in Wilmington, NC- Excellence every time!

Took my truck to Stevenson Toyota in Jacksonville for an airbag recall. Was quoted $1400 for a mysterious leak. Took it to Black's and had them look at it as I had heard they are a trustworthy establishment. Sure enough, no leak found. Griffin was my mechanic and did a great job looking at the truck bumper to bumper. I will continue to take my vehicles here. Great service at the desk as well. Highly recommended!!!

My wife had an appointment for brakes and a alignment at 10am. 6 1/2 hours later, they are just getting to the alignment. Great place to go if you are homeless and need a place to hangout all day. Otherwise, stay clear of this place. Stewarts Tire Service in Coats, NC blows these folks away... easily.

Shallotte NC : I’ve never had issues with this company, in fact I’ve taken all my vehicles here. However - that’ll never happen again! My work schedule is the opposite of their business hours which I totally understand, however I have one single day off of work today, I called ahead of time after being on the road for 8 hours today, to have my oil… changed and tires rotated and was turned away. Again, I called AHEAD to ensure I would be able to be seen. They said sure, come on in and we will get you in. Once I get there, I’m told they had a couple of guys leave unexpectedly

Their free tire rotation after purchase is impossible to get. I have been to 2 separate locations at opening and am told it's 2hour wait time minimum. I also was told they do not make appointments to do it either. I suppose since they are not getting money they are trained to give out long wait times so you will just leave, after the sale customer service needs work. How about do not offer services you do not honor

I selected this auto store because it is part of my daily drive. Little did I know how great they actually are! Cory (manager) was very friendly and helpful. TJ (floating ticket pro) got me a great deal on tires and a diagnostic. Ken (machanic) did a great job with my oil change, tire alignment, and wiper change. I'm sure that I'm missing some here, but I was truly impressed. They really DO service with a smile well. They met all my needs without an appointment. They were friendly and had some good jokes to pass the time. I will definitely recommend this auto store to others. Thanks fellas.

Scheduled 4 new tires and an inspection. Two guys behind the counter were super helpful and pleasant. Took my truck back as soon as I arrived and work was completed in about 30 mins.
One tire leaked down overnight. I took it back in the next morning and experienced the same treatment all over again. They confirmed my suspicion of what occurred to cause the leak and acknowledged it and corrected the problem.
Yea, a little hassle to have to go back, but I had a great experience and they got me out the door quickly both times.
Will definitely go back.

9 28 20. I had to get get a alignment on my 2015 GMC . With out a appointment I went in and asked if I could possibly get one . With in a hour I was finished with the alignment. At that time a ask for two new tires because the ones on the back were in bad shape. The guy at the counter was very helpful . I asked him to show me anything that was made in the USA. Came up with two Kelly’s tires great price . They mounted and balanced. I had them installed the new tires on the front and then move the front to the rear. Even the guys that didn’t work on my truck were very busy but all were polite

If I lived closer to a Black's Tire, they would be my number one stop for all of my regular vehicle maintenance that I can't do myself. This shop is particularly good. It being a little ways out in Dunn, you don't have to deal with the crowds that frequent the locations in Fayetteville or the other bigger cities.
The staff is very helpful, and easygoing. The manager is particularly good at getting on your level when discussing what your car needs. You often feel like you're getting led on when you go to repair shops but I've never felt that way here. I got four new tires

The service was very courteous and very polite and we'll mannered outfit. They actually took time to explain the issues with my vehicle before any work was performed and they also complied to my wants as far as where I wanted my tires and they were very understanding and very quick services. Let me pose a question to you: when something stops working on a vehicle that has worked fully before and you take it to be fixed, you would expect it to be fixed back to working condition in a manner that it previously worked, yes? Let's say an air conditioner on a SUV that operated fine and all of a sudden it quits or just works very limited-you take it to a professional who can restore it to normal working condition but when you get the SUV it only operates on a limited function,barely above the broken condition and get told by a woman who I am assume is the manager Tabitha that it&apos
