The only place in Onslow county I take my vehicle. They not only change what needs to be changed but they also fill fluids, get you to the right place you need to go while not overselling you. Ive always had good customer service for the 3 years plus that I have been going here and I will always be back. The guys are super quick when doing a service and they usually have the best deals in tires around town. But when they damage your wheel they don't really care. They knock off 20$ and tell you it can be fixed with spray paint when it was gouged to the metal then go on with their day, I wouldn't take a nice set of wheels here.
But for convenience, good priced used tires and new, efficient timing I go here often for only tire related work.

Both my husband and I take our vehicles here. From flat tires, to brakes, to inspections, all the way to a melted A/C compressor that not a lot of mechanics have seen. We brought the truck in on Wednesday to have the A/C compressor replaced and they were able to order the parts and get it finished by Friday. I don’t think it would’ve taken them the two days to get it done, since they are always super efficient and quick, but the ordering and the shortness of staff (nobody wants to work anymore) slowed them down. Went in to purchase 2 used tires and ended up purchasing 4 gently new used tires for a fraction of brand new tires! I called around 3pm inquiring about 2 tires and the gentleman at the desk said they would accommodate me well before 6pm. When I arrived, Nic at the shop took me to look at the tires and we found a full gently new used set of tires. Everything paid for and out the door by 4:15pm. Fast, professional, and friendly service with these folks. Would highly recommend! Thank you again!

My husband and I come here and every time we have been they have always been the best people to talk too. As soon as I pulled in, somebody was walking over asking what I needed done that day. It was quick, they told me all the things that needed to be taken care of and even gave me a graph showing how bad my alignment was before and then a graph of after when they did my alignment. Best people hands down. Will definitely be my go to tire shop! Oh did I mention affordable pricing?! Definitely go here.

Awesome service. I would recommend you call and get a price quote from them before you buy any tire anywhere in town. Id also check to see if they can service your vehicle type for oil changes because they are cheaper and more reliable than most places around town. Not out to take advantage in any way these guys have not let me down in the 3 yrs I have been coming in.

I came into this shop to get a new set of tires and wasn't impressed. First of all they had little to nothing to offer as their selection was pretty much non existent and the prices are ridiculously high. Secondly the staff here is rude and cold to customers that come through the door. I was rushed and pushed to the side when a customer came in spending more. Save yourself time and go to a better shop in the area.

Stopping here for tires is like getting service from a Nascar pit crew, it's crazy! They are very fast and efficient, and by the time you select your tires they'll have your car jacked up and ready to go.
Only downside of going here is the warranty period is pretty short, I'm pretty sure my receipt said 30 days. Their prices are very reasonable though, so all in all a great deal and we're happy!

Fast and quality service. I came here for a flat tire repair, and was in and out in under an hour. Only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because no tech came to talk to me to tell me what happened, not a terrible thing but I would have liked to know. Over all I would give them my business again for something like this.

All I'm saying is they need to check the tire pressure that their filling new tires. My new tire had so much air that the meter couldn't read it thank God I take car of my car. I've received 2 different tires and they have both been way over filled. Not sure if it's intentional to keep popping tires or what

Costumer service was grand, I had a nail in my tire and needed a patch. From the time I got here to the time I left was a total of 25 minutes. The mechanic that helped me showed me exactly what a patch looked like and he checked the hair in my other tires, he was super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this tire place!

Never again after 9 years... purchased 3 used tires for $177 and it has 30 day warranty, apparantly they put the tire on wrong and it went flat on a turn, no holes, went to replace it and the lady screamed and yelled at me and my husband infront of my child.. funny thing is next week im buying four NEW tires for my suv (different car), and i wont take it there.
