In 1950, under the leadership of the owner, the late Chev Silvio Mifsud (father of the current group chairman, Neville), the company S. MIFSUD & SONS, Ltd. (SMS) established itself as a Shipping Agency.
Samuel is the younger son of the SMS GROUP's Chairman - Neville Mifsud - and brother of Simon, who both occupy posts of Managing Directors in the Malta set-up. Sam is a self-motivated person with a wide range of experience in various spheres of industry, but more recently specialized in tourism and the cruise industry.

Let’s be real about things they underpay the employees when we are supposed to make at least 15 hourly. They have staffs who sit in management positions (such as Erica oh by the way she’s horrible and the list goes on)who doesn’t barely want to help agents and sometimes say anything to get rid of us being in their present. Also the management sometimes sit in the office inside the terminals and speak on different people which it’s only supposed to be a work conversation which I overheard some negative talk. The inconsistencies and also favoritism that’s one thing that shouldn’t be on

I work for this company they alright I have some issues with management. Like inconsistencies,favoritism, over worked under appreciated and under paid. I do feel as a company they can treat their customers better but hey I just work here and they keep coming back besides all that great people work here some really good people. Shout out to Mrs Paulette ( the realest they come)

Unbelievably poor operations for cruise passengers leaving San Pedro, as well as arrivals at port of Miami. Repeated calls to dispatch improved nothing. Groups missed flights, and almost missed sailing of ship on Oct. 11, both issues due to "lack of available buses".
Never again will this agency book if SMS is doing the ground transportation for a given cruise line!

This is a good place many people come to apply a jobs over there on 505, floor they are understanding you sometimes they send you schedule on on your e_mail to see what's going if they opening. But they are didn't give you any full time over there always part time if you want it. Ok they are going to call you if they are like you. Ect...
