Today we booked a Pirate Boat Tour, it left around 2 p.m. This was the worst tour we've ever taken and we've taken the Pirate Tour 4 times before and other tours at least 4 times. The tour guide was inconsistent in describing homes. Often she would only speak Spanish and only pronounce the name of the owner of the house in English. This greatly confused our family and often we did not know which home she was talking about. It seemed as if this Tour was catered to Spanish speakers and normally the tour guide gives full definitions in both languages.

We were disappointed in our tour experience. We arrived 15 minutes early, the first to arrive. No staff were on site until a minute or so before the scheduled departure time. No signage directed us where to stand. After everyone booked on the tour had been waiting for awhile, a staffer notified everyone that the line formed on the opposite side from where we were standing, and we had to go to the back of the 'line.' All the people who got to sit up top arrived after us. We were seated downstairs, which was not open air. It made the activity less covid-safe for our unvaccinated children

My wife and I booked the Party Cruise & Miami Skyline Tour for our first anniversary. We wanted something special, and this looked like the kind of party we were looking for! The website makes the cruise look great.
That being said... The cruise is overcrowded with lots of chairs all over the top level, we had to stand by a garbage can all hour. There was no way to have any semblance of social distancing. Everything was on the right side of the boat, so only the 20 people on that side could see, or take pictures of, anything without crowding on top of each other. There were several people

AWFUL! We bought a Groupon and followed every step to call and book ahead of time and inform them we would be using a Groupon, when we arrived they simply said we could not use it and gave no reason! They asked for more money because the full Groupon cost doesn't go directly to them, well then don't put yourself on Groupon!! They told us to call their main office and we have called over 10 times in 2 days and gotten no response, and they have no voicemail setup! TOTAL SCAM, save your money!!!!

I have been trying to book over 40 tickets for a special event and it's taken about 2 weeks to get someone to send me the information to pay!
I had done the tour with another group before, so it's not something new, but every time we call they tell us that they'll talk to manager and get back to us.
I have the credit card ready to pay ... but I don't think they want the business...
Unfortunate, since it's something my new group wants to do as a special event in Miami... but we'll have to go with another option since we can't even book it!

Horrible customer service. I tried to contact them with both numbers they have on file on the day I had a reservation to see if they would still be operating before I drove 40 minutes to Bayside. They never answered, so I sent an email and they responded to me 2 days later stating that the weather was not an impediment to cancel the tour (there was a huge thunderstorm that day) and that there was nothing they could do for me since I did not contact them 6 hours before my reservation time, nowhere on their website does it state that. I emailed them back on Monday saying I just wanted to reschedule

First of all its a lie. On Groupon it states pirate boat and the pictures are of the pirate boat. Also on Groupon when you go it states pirate looking boat ( I will attach picture below of the reality and statement of the deal which is lie/spam!!)
The ship/boat/ actually bucket we received was a total craaaaaaap! Really, you don't want to be on such a boat. Too long story, but there is other things are weird, they don't do reservation they messing up and than you have to pay full price or miss the ship

The tour itself was ok but much shorter than they advertise & the boat was not in the best condition. My main problem is the complete lack of customer service & the tour company screwing up our day.
We were a group of 11 people who all purchased Groupons 3 months ago. Following the terms, we all called the company back in December to reserve the trip for February 24th. More than half of our group were from out of town so it was important to have the date set in advance.

What a wonderful way to spend the Sunday afternoon . Our tour guide host was so friendly and welcoming she really helped make our ride more enjoyable . There was also great music played during the ride with beautiful sites of celebrity mansions . Drinks were offered at a reasonable price. However it was super hot on the boat I do not believe there was any AC inside.

We all purchased tickets almost two weeks prior for last nights 10:30pm "Pirate Party Cruise." When we got to the booth to check in the guy asked "did you make reservations?" I replied "no, nowhere on your site said you had to make reservations." So then he replied with an attitude "how many in your party" I replied "21, but we all have separate tickets" he started to get frustrated like it was a big deal everyone had separate tickets. After he scanned all the tickets he gave us ONE

My date and I were touristing in Bayside with her little one when we came across Miami Aqua Tours booth. Considering that her little one is a fan of celebrities and when we first met back in the early 90's Bayside was the only thing going in Miami we decided to give it a go. Although they normally charge $16 for minors, we got a break and were just charged two adult tickets.

It really felt like they were trying to squeeze money out of you at every opportunity. They take a picture of you when you board and try to sell it to you at the end. Nice that they offer a full service bar but $10 for a small plastic cup that's barely filled is a rip off. Tour guide asked for tips at the end and stood near the exit with a plastic tip jar, thought that was super tacky. 85% of the tour consisted of pointing out celebrity houses. Ride was smooth, great job to the Captain.

Avoid. In my decades of taking tours, I have never had as bad an experience as on the Miami Harbor Tour. From the moment of pulling away from the dock, the crew BLASTED salsa music that was at a painful volume. I used earplugs and my head was buzzing. We asked the crew to turn down the volume, but they asked instead a group of Latin tourists and the tourists wanted more,,so they turned the volume full. We got NO real tour information, such as history of the area, a discussion of the Flagler monument, nor Vizcaya. Instead, the music was interrupted briefly a few times to announce a pop musicians
