I placed an order online for lunch pickup. When I arrived, not a single employee was wearing a mask, including those making food. This felt like an intentional flouting of the state mask mandate, if not an outright statement that Full Belly Deli doesn't care about public health and safety.
I refused the food and requested a refund. While the employee did state he'd reverse the charges, I had to email the company to actually get my money back.
So unfortunate, I really did enjoy their food.

This place has all the hype to cover up its poor and I mean poor customer service . The was they operate and handle game to face interaction was terrible. The sandwiches we ordered wich was 4 different sandwiches were blah and nothing special. I had heard great things bout this place but I'm not impressed. I'll never go back.
Reno / Sparks nv has turned into SF and lost where we came from. More and more locations losing customer service and quality.

Came in on a Saturday at lunchtime and was seriously overwhelmed with the variety of items available. It was early enough to consider a breakfast sandwich (which I did). We ended up with the Breakfast BLT, the chicken and dumpling soup (very little liquid, but very good), the Turkey Day, and the Hot Roast Beef. All were awesome. The hot roast beef had a nice horseradish cream sauce and the Turkey Day sandwich was essentially a thanksgiving plate on bread. What stands out here is the bread - a great selection. Order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table.

This review breaks my heart. I will no longer be a patron of this restaurant. They have clearly let their success get to their heads. The entire staff was extremely rude today, I waited 30 mins for my sandwich (which is fine) only to finally get a cold sandwich (which is not fine. Their order pickup process is a train wreck, and they will blame you for it (ie, call ahead, etc). This was the kind of local place I have taken every out-of-town family or friend, with a sense of pride. I was a net promoter. Unfortunately their pea-minded staff ruined that. I'm in Reno once a month or so for work, and the Full Belly Deli is always a stop for me. The food is delicious! No, like seriously good. The falafel sandwich is amazing, but so is the panini! I really like that they support local charities and there's always a special you can order to support the charity.

Came in at 11 o'clock on a Thursday. Waited for over 35 minutes and somebody else took my sandwich and they didn't even really care. They ended up refunding me my money but just very swell, weird, no action taken towards the gentleman who took my sandwich. Not really sure why it was even taking 35 minutes for one sandwich anyways.

Whilst waiting for our car to finish smog/registration, we walked over to Full Belly Deli. It was packed and one would agree this is a good sign!
It was, the service first was great! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The food too was delish, I ordered the spinach-goat cheese salad with grilled chicken. Pops got a tuna melt. He too said it was good.
If I was ever in the neighborhood again, I'd return!

Well this was a disappointment. Normally when I get the Dirka Dirka there's meat on there. Maybe one slice for the whole thing. For an $11 sandwich, I'd expect more. Guess I'll take my business back to Deli Towne.

First time at this location. Called in the order and it was ready when I arrived around 15 minutes later. Busy place, but well organized. Getting in and out can be challenging depending on time of day (I had it easy today!).
I used to visit the Truckee location and always had the same: tritip on jalapeno cheesy bread. The sandwiches are unique here, fresh, flavorful and ginormous. You can easily split these unless your truly ravenous. Decent portion of tri-tip with caramelized onions, blue cheese steamed spinach served hot on just-the

Fully Belly Deli is a hit or miss for me when it comes to picking sandwiches or wraps off of their menu, so most of the time I stick to making my own sandwich. This time I did not see an option for dutch crunch bread online so decided to try out the parmesan oregano bread and no! Didn't like the bread at all sadly. Barely any meat and pretty much all bread.

Dirka dirka is a hot sandwich like an upgraded Reuben. The tri-tip sandwich was also good.
Understandable why this place is a popular sandwich spot, for sure.

B'fast burrito with sausage was a solid choice. Was it amazing? No but it was as good as a breakfast burrito is expected to be, especially for the price.
Gnar Gnar- our tri tip meat had a little too much fat in it and the flavors didn't meld well IMO.

We caught them during a rush, so it took about a half hour to get both of our sandwiches, but they were delicious. The Dirka Dirka on jalapeño cheese bread was large and amazing. The Dirka Dirka has both pastrami and corned beef and is topped with a jalapeño cole slaw, while the jalapeño cheese bread is fresh, soft, and very tasty. It's a must try.

The hubs and I found ourselves in the area one morning and had some time to kill. We were hungry and happy to discover that Full Belly Deli was open for breakfast.
The service was very friendly, not only to us but everyone that walked in was greeted. This place definitely has some loyal customers as we saw many come in and get order "the usual". The deli itself was very clean.
For me, I was craving a bagel but had to switch my order when told they were out. I ended up ordering the Garden Gnar burrito while my husband went with a Breakfast Bowl. Both were fine but didn't knock

Yummy! The name of this restaurant is an accurate description of how you'll feel when you leave.
The portions on the salads and sandwiches are gigantic, and you won't want to stop eating.
I stopped in for a falafel wrap last week for lunch and was not disappointed at all. It was flavorful and the produce was crunchy and fresh. The falafel was soft and gooey on the inside and crunchy on the outside, just how I like it. The tzatziki sauce is is dilly and garlicy and creamy and perfect.
I have lots of favorites on the menu here and have decided to keep trying new items each time I
