Incompetent employees. Some don’t even speak English. People waiting even sitting outside of office on the floor; over booked. Waiting two hours to be told they don’t prescribe the drug I came to def because it’s deadly when it’s not. Place is very unprofessional. Very ratchet.

Horrible Customer service I have been trying to get on the ph with these office for over an hour. They place me on hold and after 20 mins on hold they hung up the ph, I tried to call back and no answer. The dr is amazing I have been seeing her for over 13 years but her employees are just horrible.

Dr. Rosa Turner is a very good Doctor, she takes her time with each patient and does not rush them out like other psychologist do. Her office is located in Hialeah which has traffic issues and is probably why many time there is long wait time but in my opinion well worth the wait.

In addition to being an excellent clinician, Dr. Turner is very caring. As another patient wrote, she takes the time she needs to spend with each patient. If this results in a little wait, it is worth it to know that you will get the same attention and help.

My uncle has been going to this office and for quite some time and to say the service is mediocre would be being polite. He has been in need of certain documents to provide to his employer and each time they schedule him to pick up the paperwork there is an issue. Rather than giving the paperwork to him yesterday they told him to come back today and they are CLOSED! Aside from the fact that he was there YESTERDAY, this office is 45 minutes away from his home and HE DOESN’T DRIVE! So not only is it an inconvenience to him but also to whoever needs to bring him. Your time is not respected at all
