Whether you are planning to make a move toward a new career or you are interested in a source for qualified employees, contact one of the most successful independent companies in the region.
Services
Based on the demands of satisfied clients, LSI has developed systems to provide full-service staffing in all areas of staffing needs. Staffing related services included specialization in Temporary, Temp-to-Perm and Permanent Placement in the areas of Office, Industry, and Hospitality.

These partnerships with local and national companies/organizations provided the opportunity for Human Resource Managers and Business Owners to establish a relationship with one, exclusive staffing vendor.LSI provided a "One-Stop-Shop", capable of meeting all supplemental and permanent workforce needs.
Assessment Services are provided as a tool to screen LSI applicants and candidates prior to assignment with client companies. Proper assessment will reduce turnover, increase productivity, increase loyalty and improve overall job satisfaction. These services are also offered separately to facilities and organizations interested in outsourcing some of the routine tasks associated with the employee screening process.
Staffing services are provided on a Temporary, Temp-to-Permanent and Permanent Employment. The experienced team of Staffing Specialists, Recruiters, and Account Managers are part of a staffing tradition spanning over four (need date) decades. LSI services Eastern Arkansas, West Tennessee, and North Mississippi.
Developing and increasing the knowledge and skill set of both current employees, as well as new hires is important to the bottom line. Today employees expect companies to invest in their growth and are anxious to learn. Seasoned employees often become less productive when not introduced to new ideas.
We conduct regular performance evaluations to determine to what degree the employee is fulfilling the requirements of the assignment. Time is then spent in each department of the plant to communicate with the Supervisors and Team Leaders to identify manpower needs or shortages. The On-Site Supervisor then makes workforce moves and adjustments to accommodate each department.

They took me out the system because I wouldn't work at Patterson warehouse for 7.25 I'm a man with 2 kids working there for a month wouldn't cover my rent and take care of my responsibilities. It so ridiculous that I'll see them posting decent paying jobs but they always offered Patterson, so went there today because I was told that I accepted the assignment for Patterson last year and didn't show that's why I was termed out the system get there today the rude lady at front desk said I was termed because I cursed them out August of this year I worked for this company since 2016 jobs no one went

Had a very bad experience today , over the weekend I worked hours that I wasn't paid for. I called and told them about the situation and the staff member (Gladys) was very unprofessional , told false statements to her manager and had a very nasty attitude about the whole situation. Its honestly just miscommunication but I'm taking it farther now because it's just wrong. I shouldn't have to beg to get paid , idc if I have to get someone to roll the cameras back , I feel racially judged. Only because of the simple fact that I actually went to work and they're telling me I didn't. Don't waste your

I’ve had an assignment, got my pay check at the end of the week and they only paid me for two hours, I had to keep calling them so they could correct my time and they still haven’t done it and it’s been four weeks.

Avoid this agency at all costs. When it's time to get paid they will give you the run around and it's not worth the time for $7 an hour.
