In 1979, Franklyn E. Hull, the son of Ralph and Janice Hull, graduated with Honors from the New England Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in Boston, MA, and from that point on he has been with the family firm. In 1980 Frank was married to his wife and partner Jane. Together they have owned and operated Hull Funeral Home since 1984.

John, Frank, and Jane are exceptional ambassadors of kindness and compassion. Their ability to make this most difficult time in one's life a respectful and honorary event is a true testament to how much they truly care. There is no detail too small or big they won't do for the family. John Stavola and his team at Ralph Hull Funeral Home recently handled all aspects of my mother’s wake and funeral. They performed all of these services in a prompt and professional manner and exhibited great empathy and understanding to accommodate all aspects of our family’s wishes.

I am so thankful for the wonderful experience that my family had using Hull funeral home. They made us feel as comfortable as we could considering the situation. The service for my brother was so nice. They were patient with us an answered all of our questions no matter how many times we asked the same questions. John Stavola of Hulls Funeral Home met with my Mother two years ago for her final planning. From the beginning, he made the process gentle and comfortable. When it came time for my Mom's funeral, once again, John was there to guide and help us. He remembered his promises and kept them (Mom's ashes got a last motorcycle ride home as he promised her). I can't say enough about John and Hull's. Mom was beautiful and looked so peaceful that I was also at peace. We were able to have the service on Zoom so that even during a pandemic, family and friends got to say goodbye. John, I can't thank you enough

I grew up in the neighborhood of Ralph E Hull Funeral home and in my 53 years they have handled many friends and loved ones. Frank gently and respectfully takes you through the process with honesty and integrity. He doesn’t oversell and will do whatever you want within reason. They do a great job preparing your loved one for their eternal rest. The funeral home itself is typical of what you would expect and costs are exactly what internet research states they should be. If I choose to go out in standard fashion it will be at Hulls.

As strange as it is to leave a review for a funeral home, I truly feel that we needed to express and share our experience with Hull. When my dad found out he was sick, he chose Hull Funeral home, per a recommendation he had gotten. When it came time for us to need to deal with them, during the absolute worst time in our lives, we could not have had a more comforting, easy experience. I haven't dealt with many funeral directors, but I 100% feel John went above and beyond for us. He got back to us immediately with questions, was patient, thorough, empathetic and most importantly was detail oriented

It may seem odd to write a review of a funeral home and I am only doing it as a testament to the respectful, helpful and exceptional way Frank and his staff dealt with our family. He has worked with us four times from the planning stages through the services and finally in managing the grave markers. Each service was unique but the truly loving way he embraced our family during our grief was constant and our family is very grateful.
