Horrible computer system. $6k bank error. Would not take issue seriously until other financial institution involved boss called them out on it with me. Very few branches none in Collin County.
Needs massive technology upgrade!

Tried to get a auto loan through this credit union. They denied the loan because I was co signing for my boyfriend and we do not live together and/or not married. If this was a bank specific rule they should have let us know before running a hard inquiry on our credit! We went to chase to get the same loan and Chase bank said they have never heard of this rule that a co signer needs to be married or live together. Additionally, they gave out information about the loan to someone not listed on the loan about the loan being denied. This is personal information that should not be able to be accessed

Edit: I spoke with a representative that said she has put it up for review with her managers and will come off my credit report. Prior to speaking with her, I spoke with Norman in their collections department and he said I had to dispute it with the credit unions. I also voiced my frustrations with how his department handled the situation, but he made me feel like he didn't care at all.
I'll update when it falls off my credit.

Financed new cars through them. Did a refi through my bank and cancelled gap in December. Have a 450.00refund coming but for some reason they can’t find my money. They keep telling me to talk to
The dealer and the dealer tells me to talk to the credit union. All I know at this point 450.00 has been stolen from me and I would like to get me refund.

Used this credit union for a second time for a car loan because they bought out our loan on a previous car and we had a good experience. We re-financed our current car through them and purchased gap insurance. We paid this loan off 3 years early today (yay us), but then just got told we won’t get a refund of the gap insurance like we were promised when we refinanced. (I specifically asked them at the time of re-finance because we had planned to pay off early. We weren’t sure how early so decided to buy it if we could get refunded). Now, all of a sudden, they only refund within 60 days. How

Didn’t have the best experience with customer service. Called the branch and it sounded like someone picked up and hung up twice. Then once someone finally picked up, she seemed in a hurry to get me off the phone and transferred me to the customer service department. The customer service department seemed like they were trying to help but didn’t know about the promotional offer I received with my statement. They said the branch should help me with this and wanted to transfer me back.
I understand a branch can be busy. Doesn’t mean you should rush the customer off the phone without listening

Trying to give you guys business and I cant get my loan officer to actually pick up the phone and talk. I have a loan with yall alread, So I am literally just trying to keep my business with yall and she doesnt want to work. Your call center wont transfer me to someone new either because its policy you have to stick with who you are assigned even when requesting some one new.

I came by this location to get information on an account for my wife who was leaving another local bank. The parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking up front as well as handicap parking spots. The drive thru was large enough for my truck to pass as well. When I walked into the building, it had the new building smell...LOL. The interior was new and clean in appearance. The structure had a clean flow to it's organization. I was immediately greeted by a teller who promptly took my name for a meeting with Jacklyn in the back office. She was very informative and I received a pamphlet for
