The worst, this company is the worst in customer service! The sold me a unit , then installed the wrong one then reored red the right one (waited 5 months) Now it doesn't work! No one there will return a phone call. After hours emergency service is a joke! Do yourself a favor go with a different company. This sucks!!

Had an AC emergency right before leaving town and they were the only company to return a call and show up after hours. Signed up for their preventive maintenance agreement after. Jimmy came out and was flexible with appointment time and answered all our questions. So far very impressed! Had some follow up work done with Renee, same great service!

Recently moved to the area, and called pleasant air to get on a maintenance program. Jimmy came out to look at my equipment and give me a price. In my opinion he went above and beyond what was necessary providing me information on my equipment and services that they provide. He was also just a genuinely good person easy to talk to and relatable. I am now scheduled for service in the near future thanks a lot Jimmy and everyone at Pleasant air.

My HVAC system was 18 years old, I contacted Pleasant Air for a quote for a new system. Dave and Mike came out the next day, checked everything out, went through all my options with me, and gave me the quotes. They were extremely professional and explained everything and answered any questions I had. This was my first time doing this, and they made me feel very comfortable, did not pressure me at all into buying any unnecessary upgrades.
David and Kyle came out a couple days later to do the install. These two were awesome. They worked non-stop in the heat in late August and did an amazing job

Dave and Mike came out for my consultation and were extremely professional and helpful, explaining every step of the process. They offered me several different options, and made me feel comfortable with my decision. You can tell this company has family values and really looks out for their customers.
David and Kyle came for the installation, and they were top notch. They worked non-stop in the heat of late August, always had smiles on their faces, and were so polite and professional.

I couldn’t have been more happy with the service I was provided by David and his associate. I had a motor blow in my unit I called a few other companies and they could not accommodate me for at least 5-7 days. I had relatives from out of state arriving the same day my motor blew. The customer service representative was amazing and told me she could help me out with my emergency. David and Cory showed up within 15 minutes of my call and within an hour they replaced my motor and basically saved the day.
