My experience with this delivery service was unfortunate. I am not one to want to write negative reviews or dwell but today. I was originally scheduled to recieve 11 cases of wood flooring on last tuesday and it never came. After calling, Customer service said they ran out of hours to deliver my cases. I made a total of 5 different appointments and your company failed to deliver on 4 different occasions. Today, 12/6/2021 the 5th attempt at a delivery was made. The truck showed up and the delivery guy never came to my door, got back in his truck and was about to leave. I had to wave him down. He

Pretty bad delivery company. Not organized and no communication. I was suppose to have my flooring delivered Tuesday and they didn't show up. I called multiple times that day and they assured me they would. So I called again later on that night and explained I would have a contractor at my home Thursday to install the flooring and they assured me it will be on the truck the next day and be delivered between 8am -2pm. Next day they tell me they forgot to put the flooring on the truck and if they could deliver it Thursday. Just horrible I don't know why anyone uses this company.

This company is a nightmare to deal with.
After picking up $4000 of merchandise from Ceaco they sat with it in their warehouse for 3 weeks with no end in sight lying to us about Amazon demanding midnight deliveries.
This company is the height of incompetence and aggravation. Use them at your own peril.

If i had a chance to live minus ten stars i would! this is the worst company to deal with! they were paid to deliver inside but it appears that they don't deliver to first floor, that has no steps but has grass!!!!!!!!!!!! they only deliver inside when there is a red carpet and a welcome new penn sign! bunch of morons!

This company is full liers. They will give a time frame and they will postpone it to next day. Nobody will call you on that day and you will try to reach out them. If you’re lucky they will pick up the phone and say that you will receive the delivery in one hour and you will wait till night. Bob who is doing the schedule will keep you busy with lies and lies. Never and ever recommend.

OMG the WORST ever.......I had no choice on picking this carrier. The choice was on the Shipper. I have been calling this DESTINATION SERVICE CENTER since yesterday morning when my tracked shipment was received in NY. I was told I would be receiving it by the end of the day. Well that DIDN'T happen. Now it's Day 2, I've talked to multiple people and everyone gives me a totally different answer. Not a Supervisor, and Manager or a Customer service person calls me back. My shipment has now been sitting in the NYC warehouse for a 2nd day. This is no way to run a business. SO FRUSTRATED

Just took off a half-day of work to sit around for a five-hour delivery window; two hours after that five-hour delivery window (during which I've been paying movers to help me move the 350-lb tub that is ostensibly going to arrive), they inform me that the truck has now returned to the shipping center with my shipment still in it. So...out a half day of work and $350 to movers who never moved anything. Thanks!

If you are even considering to work with this company just stop now. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
If you’re looking to be lied to for weeks having your package “lost” and never delivered they’re perfect for you!!!
You’re better off walking dragging your package with a rope than using this horrible company. I trust a caveman more than these people.

A complete bunch of morons. They call you - rather than email you- to schedule a delivery and you spend 1/2 your business day trying to call them back to connect with someone on a delivery happening in less than 24 hrs. Then, when you do get someone, it's a complete idiot asking you for a tracking # that they never gave you. The supervisor Clyde is the King of the morons.
Soon these jobs will all be automated by technology - just like everything else that involves dealing with stupid humans delaying what could otherwise be an efficient process.
