I was having a hard time finding a water pump for an older generator, the OE manufacturer was very expensive and not sure if they even had all the parts necessary for the repair. A.S.A.P. had all the parts, OE numbers, new numbers, ridiculously lower cost, and once the order was completed I was blown away with how quickly they had the order out the door headed to me. I will definitely be keeping them in mind for future needs

I had an issue with a gen set controller and the manufacturer helped me find this company. They were kind enough to help me with a warranty issue, and they weren't even the retailer that sold it to me. They were the distributor who sold it to the retailer. They did keep a record of that transaction can were able to get me taken care of. I had a small programming issue, but they took care of it right away in a manor that was professional, and quick. Business like this is rare these days. Thank you for helping me out.

Ordered a part that was the wrong choice for my unit and came partially defective in the mail, but Dennis helped me out in a very timely fashion. Got the new part shipped out next day and charged me the difference in price for the new one vs the old. Both of these things were against the current of what they usually do, but they stood behind their products and I respect that a lot. They intentionally sent me the wrong part. That is clear as I send them a message saying that the oart I needed was not that one.
Now the refuse to talk to me on the phone, or attenot to rectify the problem in anyway.
This appears to be a scam. You pya them up front, they send something random, and refuse to talk to you after that.
Stay away. Look for a more reputable seller!

The best service and great quality. I needed the float for a carburator. I couldn't find it anywhere. I was told it was imposible to get it. I was willing to buy the whole carb and they did the effort to find it, and the did! That's honest busniess. I will certainly use their services in the future.

I placed an order for some generator parts. The order was shipped the same day. Unfortunatly, one of the parts was broken when it arrive. The manufacturer's box was not damaged and the part was still sealed in it's bag. I called and they put a replacement part in the mail that day with no issues. They stood by their product and made good when something went wrong, that's excellent customer service.
