Oceans One has 120 units each with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, an exercise room, a beautiful pool deck and is a wonderful place to call home. The beach is just a stairway away. Enjoy evening sunsets, walks on the beach, watching dolphins or just relax with your toes in the sand.

No overnight, weekly or monthly rentals are permitted - there is a 3 month minimum rental period. NO smoking in common areas - hallways, garage, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, lobby areas etc. per Florida State No Smoking Act. Shower off sand and saltwater before entering the pool and/or building - do not wash sand off feet or chairs in pool.

ALERT...If anyone looking to purchase a condo in Oceans One in Daytona Beach Shores Florida please be advised that the management of Morbitzer Management company is totally inept and is not in my opinion as well as many others not qualified to operate or manage any properties! My husband and I owned a condo there for 3 years and as many others that lived there were very aware of the miss management in Oceans One that was taking place chose to put our condos up for sale because lack of knowledge and professional skills of how to manage properties by the Morbitzer management Co. We will never own
