Rented condo for the weekend. Gorgeous views, very clean and COVID conscious! People were very friendly, staff was easy and nice, pools were clean and perfect size to relax and not overwhelming. Happened to be there during tail end of spring break, but wouldn’t have even known. Beach access was super easy, but gated and safe. Also small gorgeous green area for lawn games. Restaurants and grocery store/Walgreens within walking distance.

Most of the units are pretty decent..there's electrical issues with most lf the building. Front keypad is usually broken or not functioning properly. Front desk staff is horrible. Issues with parking passes and parking in gerneral reguardless of weather your pre registered with your rental aggrement or not. Pools were under repair. Outdoor Hot tub broken one day. Alot of the units are sub rented out through various companys...most of the renters are great..the perment residents on the other hand are pretty nasty. Alot of Canadians use this building for there second home. Look elsewhere...dont rent

My family stayed at St. Maarten Condominiums for two weeks. The condos are nice, spacious and clean. They are strict with their rules and that is why the condos look so nice. The staff is not respectful at all. One day, we decided to take our kids to the indoor pool. The front office staff named Jill came out and told our 18 year old cousin to keep our kids quiet because they can disturb others. There was no reason she should have approached a teenager. Also, there were families in the indoor pool when we arrive and she did not say a word to those families. Then, my brother-in-law opened the indoor
