I received my Master's Degree from The University of the District of Columbia in Mental Health Counseling. My job is to make myself obsolete!
We begin by getting to know one another. The first step is for us to slowly develop an alliance built on trust, mutual respect, and commitment to the therapeutic process. This is important because the research shows that the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is a critical component of successful therapy.
The per session rate for a 60-minute therapy session is $125, payable in cash, check, or credit card. If you are a member of one of following insurance companies with which I am an in-network provider, you can utilize insurance benefits to cover the cost of your therapy sessions. Specific details regarding benefits and eligibility vary according to your plan.

I offer therapy online via a secure HIPAA compliant platform that can be accessed on any device with an internet connection. Save on travel time. For most of us, our time is one of our most precious resources. Often, an obstacle to reaching out for help is a lack of free time in our day to day lives.
