Death certificates ($15.00 per copy in New York City; $10.00 in N.Y.S), permit fees, medical examiner fees and special services like an additional $195.00 for any death that occurs in a residence, nursing home or hospice facility, same-day cremation service or other special handling of the cremated remains.
