High Meadows Condominiums

W0RST apartment complex ever!!!! There so so many roaches in every building and nothing helps!!! The building is so old and literally smells rotten! Spray bug spray when viewing u will see millions of roaches !!!! And they are EVERYWHERE! Even the microwaves and fridge. So damn gross!

I would not recommend this place. Just slot of issue over all from outdated units to rundown units where paint in one room is a different shade of color then the other. Broken tub and tiles in bathroom to broken appliances. Not to mention if you run into an issue you have to fight with them to get it resolved if they even make an effort to do so. They find every way to keep your deposit for things that was broken or missing when you move in.
For the price should be getting more for your money.

Absolute slum lords. We moved in around Oct 2018 of course we had a raggedy basement apartment but we were glad to have somewhere to live. I kid you not the windows were busted out which they had to come fix. Months later the ceiling in my kids closet gave way and was constantly leaking. They did nothing about it so of course mold starts in the kids closet then they come in claiming to be repainting the bathrooms which still arent painted and it's been a year. Not to mention the Huge roaches that pedt control can never get rid of and a broken dishwasher thats also molded out and the whole

It took almost 3 weeks for me to get in contact with anyone! I had to leave a nasty voicemail for someone to even call me back. Not only that Tom called after 6pm which is odd because I can’t get in contact with anyone during office hours. And lastly I was told that I wouldn’t meet qualifications because I don’t have a rents history of 3years ,but None of this was stated on the POOR website that pretty much has nothing about the complex. If I could give no stars I would !! You guys have HORRIBLE customer service and you need to step it up

We have lived here for a year and a half and have enjoyed our stay here. The neighbors aren’t loud, and management is respectful and answers questions in a timely manner. Maintenance is out within hours, the very few times we’ve needed them. No issues with parking or theft (though it’s Nation’s Ford so you should still lock your doors!), there are working security cameras all over the property.

Yes it is in the hood off Nationford Rd. But its always quiet and peaceful. Back in the day it was off the chain,But now we came together and cleaned this Complex up. I have bee here almost 9 years this Sept. And the rooms are huge.Charlotte Condos is very high but i think ours is one of the cheaper prices but the quietest.Amen

The rent people are slumlords they are taking people money and putting them out anyway! It’s no justice here. If you have a family and a single parent I wouldn’t advise this place at all! They are rude and heartless they are selfish and don’t care about anything but money.. I wouldn’t even give it a star.

Most terrible place to stay ! Very bad mold problems,roaches.Also scams big down payments and than charges tenants for problems in the apartment that has already been there since the beginning. This place will not last long ! Your better off homeless

I been living here 4-5 years. Its a cool place if you are like me and had an eviction that wasn't you fault. Whenever there is an issue I let Jim know and its handle that same day or next day. The office knows me by name cause I been here all this time. The inside of my apartment needs a little work but nothing where I can have guest over or anything. I just wish we had a pool though and washer/dryer connections. Outside of those things I will miss this place

This is by far the was worst apartment complex to live in. The property manager would walk in your home at any given minute without contacting the tenant. I complain about this but nothing was done. There is a bed bugs infestation in ALL of the buildings as well as water buds and roaches. If there is any maintenance problems within the apartment the tenant is billed for the issue. The property manager is biased towards certain racists, some get late charges for late payments others will NOT. And others just get down right evicted. Personal property is stolen by the property manager and the maintenance

It is awful. Do not rent from Jim at all!! I rented from him before and about close to two years later, I was having car trouble right in the same area. I parked my car and planned to tow it as soon as my taxes came back. I went to check on my car, that was in a car space again about a week or so after and he towed my car! Even after explaining to him that I was single and had no family to depend on! Now, I have to get my car out the pound and tow it to the shop!!! Why would you do that! I owe him no money. I wasn't doing drugs. I was waiting on help. I wrote a letter and called and still for towed

I would absolutely say the in side of a newly renovated apartment was extremely nice but the people who work there are horrible and money hungry .

So 1 star for the inside of the apartment .

They offer second Chances if you have an eviction on your record and then they'll make you pay an ridiculous amount of money ( I just so happened to pay $3000 to move in but we settled for half to move in and the other half next month ) I was less than 2 weeks from having a baby ( in July ) and I needed a place so I moved in .

They started hounding me about the company I kept , who worked , visited
