This is the fourth deal I've done with David in the past two years. All have gone extremely smooth, professionally done, and all closed with no problems and right on time. We were able to find a nice rental/investment property in this crazy market. David sealed up the deal on purchasing the home and Nancy found me a tenant before we closed. The tenant moved in 2 days after closing. Great job!
