I have worked for Care at Home as a hha and now a cna for about 6 months. I am so incredibly happy with this job. I finally feel as if I found the most amazing company for me.They are super flexible, understanding, and they treat their employees amazingly! Care At Home has by far been the best agency i have worked for. Coming to work simply just doesn’t feel like i’m working. You are paired with clients who you form personal relationships with. The best agency I’ve ever worked with. They care about both their clients and caregivers. Their response times are excellent. They match clients and caregivers for the best care plan. They have an amazing team that supports caregivers on the field in times of need. They treat their workers as family and have everybody at heart. I’ve worked with a lot of Home Care Agencies , this is the best place to work hands down. Amazing team, they make sure you have work all the time, they even throw in bonuses sometimes. There’s no company I’d rather work for. I am at home here. I love my job and being able to work for a company that actually cares about us makes doing this a pleasure.

Care at Home is one of the best agencies I have had the pleasure of working for. They are attentive to all my needs, and accommodating and flexible to my rigid daily schedule. They have shown in many ways how appreciative they are for their employees as well as making sure all client's needs are met and maintained. I gave a 4 star rating only because nothing is perfect in this life even though we'd like it to be, the reality of it is, it just isn't.
