My 1st encounter was with Dave who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient, providing all the necessary information to make an informed decision. I hired CMS Plumbing and Heating to add a heating system in my sunroom. CMS was the least expensive quotes from three companies. They arrived on time and explained what and how they were going to do. 10 STARS for CMS's integrity!!! It was taking over an hour for my 1,200 square foot house to heat up 1 degree, and I was ready to shell out $$$ for a fix. Instead of jumping at the chance for a sale (replacing too-small pipes around my boiler), they took the time to really troubleshoot the situation, not wanting me to spend money and then be disappointed by the result. And Dave solved the puzzle: bypassing an extra pipe allowed the heat to channel upstairs as intended, and it now takes 5-10 minutes to go up 1 degree. Instead of major surgery, it was a quick fix (but very hard to diagnose

I could not be happier with the service and quality of work I received from Dave at CMS Plumbing. I originally left a message when I first contacted him and he responded within a few hours and we were able to schedule an appointment for that day. He arrived on time, fixed the bathroom sink drain& installed a new water filtration system in the office kitchen. He was pleasant, courteous and knew exactly what to do. Excellent quality of work.
