Andrew, with his brother Mark, co-founded the firm in 1979. Andy is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka, receiving his Bachelor of Business Arts magna cum laude in 1976 and his Juris Doctorate in 1979. Andrew, a 1988 finalist for the U.S. Trial Lawyer of the Year Award from the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, is involved in pharmaceutical products liability litigation, medical malpractice litigation, and other serious injury cases.

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in September of last year. Received a recommendation to seek assistance from Matt Dwyer to represent me in the insurance claim. I was hit by a car as a pedestrian on new year’s eve after work. Matt and his team went far beyond what he had too.
