Changing my review because Nicole is the best therapist ever. Go talk to Nicole!

The main reason I didn’t give it a 5 star rating, 1) the person the does the callbacks is cold and callous for someone working in contact with individuals with mental health concerns. 2) I was charged a $65 no show fee for an appointment that I didn’t know existed. If I hadn’t been seen since October 2020 because I couldn’t afford it. Why would another appointment be scheduled? Who does reminder calls? No one and this office apparently.

The staff is extremely helpful and supportive. And on a side note, she literally saved my life. I am truly grateful.

Let me start this off by saying I've been to multiple mental health facilities in four diiferent states Nevada, North Carolina, Michigan, and Idaho. The experience I had today with the "receptionist" over the phone is by far the worst experenice I've had with any mental health facility. From start to finish she had a pure attitude over the phone she was condescending and extremely rude. All I was doing was asking a question about a refill. She tried to gaslight me and try to say what I discussed with my therapist was wrong. She ended the conversation by saying " go to the hospital". I understand

Wonderful staff. very understanding and compassionate regarding my situation. always willing to help I n any way. I would recommend them over anyone else....they are remarkable!

I just had my first appointment,and the doctor was understandings and through. The environment was pleasant and very clean. But most of all she helped me!!

Wonderful place to be apart of the Ultra Violet family. Natalie is a wonderful doctor, the only one I've found in 15 years that has helped and understood my issue. I recommend this office to everyone. Very supportive - happy I found them. Much love! 💗

The NPs, therapist, and staff are beyond amazing. They are caring and wonderful to work with.

Never knew what a menice to sosiety Ulta Viotet has caused in this community. Go to Heathgrades to see "Dr" natallie errante has harmed our community. Even though I dont generally go on looks but, shes in her 50's with every coler of rainbow in her hair. The office is full of her Grandmas' antique setees and furniture witch smells. Lord help the soul that goes to her..good luck!!
