Dr. Mastor is available after office hours for emergencies only. If you have an urgent situation, please call the hospital closest to you and have our doctor on call paged.
Mastor Mental Health is located across from the Lowe's YMCA, behind Back 2 Back Chiropractic. Please look for "MMH" above our entrance door. Excellent service from start to finish. I have been seeing Dr. Mastor for a couple years now and he is by far the best. I have meet with a lot of Dr. and therapist over the years dealing with my mental issues and I have had the best experience here. Dr. Mastor has always been easy to talk to and very down to earth and real. Would and have recommended.

Worst doctor ever, Kristin Brown. This practice is a joke. They do not care. I will post more details once I recover. I am suffering with withdrawals. She took my anxiety medication away after being robbed. I had a police report for Christ sakes!!!! I’ve been on the same medication regimen that works for a while. So i was robbed and she called me an addict. SMH DO NOT GO THERE. THEY WILL ONLY BRING YOU DOWN AND KICK YOU WHEN YOU ARE SICK. I only clicked on a star because it makes you in order to write a review.

Over all a very high quality-like psychiatrist and a well rounded professional. He takes extensive notes and is here to assist you. I highly recommend his services if you are looking for legitament medication that you need, and professional help with any mental illness.

Anticipate that if you're a few minutes late due to the absurd traffic of their location that you will reschedule with a crisp 75$ fee attached. It's pretty overrated how non-compliant they can be about this stuff when they're here to "help" you. Happily will find someone else to go to. It'd probably help customer retention if your staff was appropriately trained to work with the public in mind and not against them.

Was running late to my new patient appointment due to some unprecedented setbacks, completely understand the cancellation policy is very strict. My mother's a psychologist so I have a lot of empathy for them in those sorts of situations.
The front desk receptionist, Tracy, however was extremely abrasive with me. Talked to her 3 times on the phone prior to arriving, in which she had THREE opportunities to tell me I wouldn't be able to be seen and needed to reschedule. Instead I would tell her I was running late and she would abruptly end the call. She never said I wouldn't be able to be seen. It

I was PETRIFIED my first visit but Kristin immediately alleviated my fears and made me feel comfortable. I am by no means “fixed” as I will be fighting this battle my whole life. My quality of life has significantly improved and I recommend this office to anyone. I cannot say enough about the kindness offered from everyone I have met here. I could not agree more with the other review, stating that I left worse off than when I arrived. Let me tell you about this lovely facility and their kind, professional staff. HA. So I was running a little late to my appointment today and attempted to call several times and appologize for running a bit behind schedule. No one answers the phone at this facility (ever) because the line is always busy. You tell me why. I also saw a review stating that they never got a call back for an emergency situation.
