They lied to us about the cost through our insurance and said a 40 dollar copay was all we would pay ...We later received a bill for over 300 dollars and was told they had to let a employee go because she was not sending bills out and that she had no business telling us we would only have a copay ...
This was their employee and they ate responsible for the lies she told ...
When we complained about it they wouldn't help at all ..
My wife and I both are disabled and this us a terrible hardship on us ...

If you ever get sent to voicemail just be prepared to never get a call back. Have called everyday for a week and have a voicemail every time. Nothing. Had to physically go in there to talk to someone. If I had not already gotten blood work done here I would be seeing a new doctor. Communication skills: 0. Not a good way to make patients feel important.

I don't even know where to start... there are numerous issues I've dealt with regarding the poor communication and incompetency of I believe to be the staff. They "forgot" to put in the referral of my MRI. I had been waiting for 2 weeks to hear about it so I went in person to this office and was told they forgot to make the referral, meanwhile I was waiting in pain. Then they were very late in getting the order to the imaging center. The imaging center had to keep calling them for it. THEN they didn't even send the correct order. So they tried to call the doc office but no anwer. So I probably

Some people shouldn't be CALLED a Doctor!!My husband went here because he got a splinter in his toe. They got the splinter out but did more harm than good. Been getting so call treatments under them for over 3 months. Had to go to Urgent Care after one treatment and Now he's scheduled with a Wound Care Physician. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE.

Great doctor but he needs a new staff they're unprofessional don't believe in answering the phone or returing calls because they to busy being on their cell phones texting and watching TV and worrying about what they eating for lunch that makes him looks bad for him to be a good doctor new staff he needs

Awesome Doctors! Dr Travis is my Actual Doctor there! Very compassionate and caring! Great bedside manner very concerned about patients and their needs! Dr Travis did surgery on both my feet a year apart having no problems with my left foot which was pretty messed up by two other doctors but he fixed it! Still recovering from right foot which was done 12/28/18! Reccomend him to anyone who has foot problems!

I think some people determine a good doctor is the person that tells them what they wanted to hear. Doctor Zimbleman told me he wanted to do everything he could before surgery. He treated my foot through multiple methods. They were quick on calls, quick on appointments and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I thought they were great

I left three messages with Dr Zimbelman to try and renew pain medication. I don't know if his staff just didn't give him the messages, or if he just didn't want to bother with my request, but he never got back with me or renewed my prescription. I was in intense pain for a week until I could get an appointment with another doctor to help me. I thought that was very irresponsible and uncaring.
