Our entire optometry staff is committed to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of each and every patient.
Personal Ocular and General Health History: This will include a review of general and ocular health as well as work requirements and lifestyle needs. Eyeglasses are a timeless approach to vision correction. Their ease of wear and variety of styles make eyeglasses an attractive option for many. Typically used for vision correction, glasses come in many types and are classified by their primary function such as correcting refractive errors, magnification, sun protection and safety.
The human visual system is an amazing network of anatomical structures. Even minor changes in the structure or function of a component of the eye can significantly affect visual acuity. Because we rely so heavily on our visual system to receive and process information, it is essential to keep the eyes functioning properly.

New patient, from start to finish it was fast, everyone was friendly (big shout-out to tech Chelsea and Dr Courtney, and also the gentleman tech who helped me pick my new glasses...I didn't catch his name!) They answered all my questions, did a thorough exam, and I couldn't believe how easy everything was - they even had all my insurance benefits listed so the payment was fast and easy.
Thanks for making my first experience here a great one!

We took our son to see Dr. Jessica and she was phenomenal with him. She made him giggle the entire time and made the dilation process as stress less as possible. She takes care of my entire families eyes and we've always been impressed but after watching her with our son today, we were even more impressed. She's outstanding and we'd highly recommend her!

It’s wonderful to see an environment where all staff care for their patients and work together to help each other out. Everyone is professional and attentive. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love Dr. Jessica! She is by far the least intimidating optometrist I’ve ever had. She understands and makes it a point to address all of your concerns and make you as comfortable as possible. I know this is corny, but they make you feel like family!

Wow! Where do I start; I have not been to an eye Dr. in 20+ years, after doing some research I found Family Focus was probably the best place to go because of the reviews, their website, and they accept my insurance (Uhc). Going inside the first thing I noticed is the very large selection of frames, I couldn't believe how large their office was and very clean too. The women behind the counter greeted me and were extremely professional and polite. The paperwork only took a few minutes and I was welcome to browse and try on a few frames. A few minutes later and I was met with another woman that

The staff here is excellent, from the receptionist, to the doctors, and everyone in between. I have never had anything but exceptional service. Sure, they try to upsell you certain services but it's never a hard sell. They respect the fact that you aren't interested in cornea mapping or ultra expensive designer frames. The doctors are great, walking you through the entire exam process and making sure that you are comfortable with having to get your eyes dilated. Overall, you can't ask more a more professional, courteous staff.

This is by far the best Eye Care Center I've been to. All the staff is very professional, friendly and truly care about you. I have gone to all of the doctors at one point or another, as well as my children. They ALL deserve a 5+ rating! Dr. David Hammes is my primary doctor and is very caring, thorough and knowledgeable. The opticians are incredible too!
