Over The Bridge Cafe
Owner, Daniel Newman is a veteran of the hospitality industry. After receiving his bachelors degree at the University of Delaware, he dove right into his training starting at Disney World; a prestigious institution well known for its rigorous hospitality training and employee service standards.

Along the way Dan met Samantha Newman, a restaurant and hospitality rockstar with names like the Marriott and Disney dotting her resum going back over 12 years.Together, they grew a beautiful family with deep roots in the Delray community, and so they wanted to create a delicious yet accessible place that was truly for the locals; thus, Over the Bridge Caf was born.

Actually unexpected very good food nice flavors, they had croissant French toast that was completely unexpected and so tasty. The chorizo on the tacos very very good all it needed was spiciness but you can get from the hot sauce, the only but I have this place is that they don’t split checks and also the service could been better.

Great breakfast- lunch menu with a delightful patio along the side of the building. Service was friendly, the brunch burger which included an egg, bacon, roasted tomato, and a few greens with avocado mayo was just plain deliciously decadent. The piece-de-resistance was the starter selection sticky bun eaten for dessert. Awesome!

Met friends for lunch here. Disappointing experience. The food was okay, we all had the egg white and vegetables wrap which they were happy to make without the wrap, with a side of potatoes. Good enough food, nothing amazing. But otherwise not a great experience. Tightly packed tables under a tent, hard not to bump into the table behind you. Didn't feel clean either. Bathroom along a frighteningly tight corridor, kind of grungy. But the worst aspect was the service. Absolutely terrible. The guy wasn't rude or anything, just not at all efficient or attentive. Had to ask for things more

Very pleasant place for breakfast! The seating is different so don't expect to be inside which is part of the charm. The breakfast pancakes I had was amazing. Everything we had was great! Also service was very good as well.

Quaint cozy spot on Atlantic Ave, just west of the bridge. Brunch here is always on point and never misses the mark.

The folks that run this cafe really know what they are doing and are pretty efficient. Staff is prompt and moves quickly. The portions for the food is larger then expected and everything tasted great. Get food to go (counter pickup) or dine at outside tables. Best egg sandwich on a roll in the county. I asked for a pancake on the side and they said no problem... I didn't even see pancakes on the menu!! , butter milk with crispy edges, that pancake was great. My wife is a big hot tea drinker... the tea cup and water came out super hot... with a saucer,... teabag and spoon on the side as it should

Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. Everything that our waitress recommended was superb. Food is amazing. The pecan pie egg roll or fried pecan pie is the best. Everything is great from the wait staffs to the chef. Ambience is superb. Best place to have brunch.

Had the morning Mac and cheese. It is served burnt beyond recognition. The service is horrible. Avoid this place at all costs. Disgusting.
I told both the guy at the checkin station and the waiter who was horrible about the problems and they did nothing. Pardon me if I don't by that we are sorry stuff.

The food is excellent and a real treat and indulgence, but if you're going to do it, do it right!!.

I would recommend OTB for brunch, even in a crowded market of great brunch places nearby.

This is a cute little brunch spot! The electric lemonade was so good and refreshing. The loaded tots where absolutely yummy and a great shareable for the table. The surf boat sandwich was delicious but maybe less carrots would be better. The brunch burger was excellent and hardy. I would definitely recommend to come here for brunch!

I wanted a good coffee while walking the beach so I stopped by Over the Bridge. I grabbed a table by the street. Enjoyable spot but very noisy and a lot of car and pedestrian traffic. I was able to read a book and drink a coffee, but the coffee is just fine. Not great. I ordered a cinnamon bun not knowing it was a whole operation; very sweet and the cinnamon bun was mostly sugar, not a smidge of cinnamon or rich flavors. The bread was lost in the sugar. I would not order again, nor would I go out of my way to return, but if you're in the area, the spot is cute.

Perhaps the menu needs a refresh. I haven't been back here, for a while. The egg white wrap had precious little egg in it. In the, why-oh-why department, the wrap is still a leaky, mushy mess. Drain, fold, serve.

It was served with enough cubed, camping-grade rehydrated-worthy cubed potatoes that I thought they bought vegetables through the REI catalog.

The grilled cheese was really toast with cheese. No butter on the bread, and the cheese barely melted. Some of the fruit that it came with included a couple of pieces of rotten strawberries.

Parking is a bear. Unless you're a tourist

Overall would rate a 3.5/5

My friends and I decided to try this hole in the wall for breakfast this morning. We were first sat in the back of the outside seating area and it wasn't the best. Our table was on top of gravel and my chair kept shifting on the rocks and was not stable at all. Our umbrella on the table fell shut and ants were dropping onto my arm from the tree overhead. In addition to all of this, people were pressure washing the dumpsters in the back so I couldn't even hear myself think. We ended up asking to be moved to a different table in the front away from all of this

Made reservations at 9:30 and this was my first time in delray so it took us awhile to get there but the host was accommodating.

We were sat in the front after some mishaps that my friend experienced while waiting for us to arrive.

Our waiter took awhile to take our order and it wasn't that busy at the time.
When we finally ordered, we got the fondue breakfast which comes with an assortment of waffles, pancakes & fruits to dip in the Nutella. That was a cool and fun experience, however I did not like that it came out the same time as our food because we did not get to enjoy the fondue

I love this place! I came for my birthday and it was the perfect treat. My boyfriend and I shared the breakfast fondue and the totchos that were both fantastic. They also have several flavors of mimosas to choose from - I loved the strawberry!

This place has outdoor seating only and the seating is a bit tight, but it's great if you are a group of 1-4. I recommend making a reservation because it does get busy! There's decent parking in the area, but you may have to walk a bit. Highly recommend checking out this breakfast spot if you are wanting to spend some time on Atlantic Avenue.

What a wonderful experience today at this new location for my family to eat. To start with the server was Vanessa and she was fantastic very attentive and right on point with what we ordered and what was delivered to the table. A few of us ordered the main lobster roll which was absolutely delicious, and then the crabcake combination wow it was all delicious. The ending experience of flavor in the sweet candied pecan egg rolls was out of the world sweet and I've the top perfect! I highly recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere and the service the food and the Fun, go check it out in

The staff is super friendly, I love when I get a chance to sneak away and enjoy this beautiful gem of delray Beach. This time we had cappuccino (best I've ever had), chorizo breakfast tacos, and for our main course we had the drunken cheeseburger omelet and the sunrise crabcakes.

Over the bridge cafe is an outdoor restaurant at the foot of the Bridge near the Inter coastal. The restaurant has very different and eclectic dishes. Each dish we had was delicious. My daughter got the tater tot cho which was a poupouri of eggs, tator tots, chicken sausages and so much more. I got the brie dish which was creamy and tasty. The owner made sure everything was perfect to our liking. I will definately be going back to taste the other items on the menu.

Overall 3.5/5

I ordered a breakfast burger and avocado buchetta. The breakfast burger is a definite 10/10 yummmmm! No more words. The avocado bruschetta was just a guac sandwich. It's literally avocado toast nothing special. There was no vinegrette or anything. Not worth the money. The service was eh. They did not fill up drinks nor did they check up on us. The demeanor of our waiter was very indifferent to us. The table was also crummy when they sat us. I had to dust off my table. This was an eh visit but the burger was bomb!

Creative Cuisine just over the Bridge from the intracoastal and between two
Buildings.

Looks cozy and wait staff make sure that it is.

The beef tip hash was terrific with plenty of beef, onion, potato and peppers.

The French toast was thick but not eggy.

Bottomless Cup of coffee

The food was amazing! I love going to breakfast places where the food is more unique than what you would ever cook at home for breakfast. The menu here is incredible! We did have about an hour wait on a Sunday morning which is to be expected for most places on the weekends. Totally worth it though!

Yes, a few meters from the bridge. Visiting Delray Beach and eating Over The Bridge Café should be mandatory. Good atmosphere, good food, the dishes are presented with art. The place is very crowded, it is best to reserve to be able to eat in the shade, without reservation you will have to wait for a table on the sidewalk where in these summer months the heat is very strong but it will give you the opportunity to see the bridge go up and down. Excellent service.

Hole in the wall spot on the main road right next to the bridge. I don't think they have indoor seating but have plenty of seats on patio. This is like a cross between a luncheonette, diner, and cafe.

We started with the loaded tot-chos. I am seeing these more on menus these days. I am a sucker for tater tots so I went with it. It was loaded with a lot of breakfast items like eggs and other nacho ingredients. I wouldn't reorder. I also had the chicken salad sandwich and liked it. Chicken salad always needs a pop of flavor and this one had solid seasoning. The lemon ricotta pancakes

One of the best features of the Over the Bridge Cafe is the outside dining area. It is covered and you will often find a nice breeze. The servers were very pleasant, but get very busy. My food was fine but fairly standard. I was disappointed at the temperature of some of the plated items like the sausage. Nonetheless, it is a nice place to sit outside and enjoy the weather.

Cute little spot for brunch/lunch! They have a wide variety of menu items for everyone to love. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced! I highly recommend if in the area to try this restaurant out!
The Frenchman, Lobster Roll, Short Rib Hash, and Tacos are all great! Only complaint is the lobster roll could definitely use more lobster meat, as it was filled with a lot of veggies. Non the less, still worth a try.
