The highlight of our Key west trip! Captain did a great job showing us all the aquatic life and providing recreation things for our group to do out in the most beautiful waters off Key West. We came down to the keys on a whim after missing our flight to Cancun. We saw these boat rentals while walking about and decided to take a boat out. Everything went so smoothly, the boat was perfect size and clean plus the price was super affordable. The guy that helped us was super friendly and helpful. We loved our day driving around and finding little spots to swim. We definitely recommend this place!!

Rented a 26' deck boat for the day. Have lots of boating experience but never boated in the keys. Rick was great helping us navigate and suggesting spots. Ran out to some snorkel spots and then a private beach on one of the southern islands. Boat ran and navigation system works great, price was outstanding. Would highly recommend.

Great time out on the boat. Rick was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know to safely boat around Key West. The boat ran great and had a very new 150 HP Mercury 4 stroke. Garmin was extremely helpful in navigating the island. Definitely will be looking to rent a boat from Rick the next time I am down. Love your dog Lola!

If you want to rent a good boat at a great price, you need to see Rick at Florida Keys Boat Rentals. He and his dog Lola are the nicest and friendliest. We were a large group and he accommodated all of us, showed us how to operate the boat, even took us out to a sandbar and let's us enjoy. I was unfamiliar with boating since I haven't done so in a few years, but he made it simple and made me feel comfortable, like I've done it a million times before. If you want easy, friendly, convenient boat rentals in Key West, go see Rick.

Me and Gretta are NOT ex employees. We are from Pennsylvania and had a horrible experience.
Absolute worst customer service I've ever received. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun time. The owner Rick has no idea what customer service even means. Didn't even want to finish our rental time because of safety issues. Called Rick like he told us to and no answer and no call back. Pay a little extra and rent a boat from a LEGIT company, not one trying to scam money out of you to not put any back into their boats. Everything was either broken or just not working on

Stole 475.00 from us. Had reservation. Walked down to kiosk at Conch Harbor at 10am where he is located no one was at the kiosk. Walked down again at 12pm. No one there. Asked lady who was working at other kiosk and she said she hadn't seen him. Went back to our hotel and had the conscierge call him for us. He said he was there all the time but not at kiosk. Said he wasn't going to sit in sun at kiosk he was on his boat. How were we supposed to know what boat was his out of the hundreds that are there. IHe should have at least left a sign at the kiosk that he was on his boat and

If you want wonderful personal service, Rick is who you want to go to. We were able to call him a few times while we had the boat out, and he would help plan another destination in the Garmin, and away we'd go. :). Both he and Emily are friendly and helpful, and extremely knowledgeable! They offered us snorkel gear, and even swapped our cooler out, when the previous renter had left some smelly bait in ours. Give Rick a call, he'll take good care of you.

My sister researched every boat rental in Key West THOROUGHLY (trust me...you don't know my sister) and she booked us a boat with Rick. We were all so glad she did! Not only was his rental the best deal she could find but he was was friendly, laid back and very helpful! We told him we wanted to "sand bar hop" and do some snorkeling and he told us where all the good spots were, gave us directions and must have told us 10 times to call him if we had any questions. Which we did...a lot! And he answered every time and helped us find where we were going! The places he sent us to were amazing and beautiful

I use them all the time. Im almost a local in many ways. I would not really use anyone else. They are not the typical tourist trap. Local nice trustworthy people and Rick is a real boat kinda guy hes not a sea doo renter type. Nice quality boats. They also are very flexible and pet friendly. Im the type to always have my dogs and show up unannounced and they always make something happen for us. And compared to others he is very affordable
