At the time in Venice, there was only us and one other roofing/pool supply store across the street. Owner George Archer and Sons moved the business out to the Venice Bypass in 1978.
It operates there today under the same family ownership. To better serve the needs of our customers, a second location was opened in Venice (on Jacaranda Boulevard) in 1996 and a third location was opened in Jacksonville in 2017. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They are horrible!!! They say they will do specific cleanings for every time they come out, all they do is dump salt in your pool and use the net unless you BEG them to use the vacuum and even then there is always some reason as to why they can’t. They went 3 weeks without cleaning my pool without giving an notice or reason as to why. They broke the top of my filter and took weeks to get them out here to update and constantly checking in. They always say somebody will be there or somebody will call on in such day / time and they NEVER do. Lastly, after dealing

After signing the contract green water improved slightly. Then they didnt show up for two weeks so I contacted them and I was told there was a leak and that would be contacted on Wednesday. I was not contacted so I proceeded with my credit card and opened a claim and asked to stop automatic payments. Everything OK on the credit card side but I’m still receiving bills from them.
I tried reaching out by phone, but no luck. Website submission form doesnt work neither. Also, during all this nightmare I was in contact with the person that showed up at home to sign the contract but he stopped replying

Our pool has been green and full of algae at least three times since we hired them in March of 2021. I cannot find a place to add pictures but I will be happy to share.We came home from being out of town with company visiting from out of town to a green pool! This is completely unacceptable service. We do NOT recommend this company!!!

Absolutely terrible service and the customer service is disrespectful. Our pool has been green all season, we replaced all of our equipment by their recommendations. After all said and done, still green. Their cleaners are in and out in less then 10 minutes, never tested the chemicals and barely cleaned. We had to put tons of money into ourselves. Switched companies and pool switched instantly and has been maintained. Don’t waste your time and money. FYI, the salt conversation cells they offer for “free” are complete trash.

Oy vey I really should have read some reviews on here before hiring. They showed up the day after we closed on our house and was so persistent on us hiring them we just said yes so that the man would go away. We are on six weeks of pool care now and I think they've maybe been here three times? I came home yesterday after they cleaned the pool and everything seemed fine. I walked outside last night and my pool is steaming! I run over to look at the heater and they said it to 103. This is a huge size pool with NO spa! My entire pool was HOT!

When I signed up for a monthly service which included one service per week for $100, the sales manager assured me that if power was lost for an extended period of time and make the pump timer off schedule I would just need to let the tech know and they would reset it.
Turns out it’s “so sophisticated” that an area manager HAS to be the one to reprogram it and guess what that means…. $95 service charge.
I would not recommend anyone fall for the phony pricing and service.

If I can give 0 stars I'll do it!! This is the worst company to clean your pool be aware!!! This people haven't showed up since may to clean my pool, I have complained so many times that they don't even pick up the phone when I call I always have to get in touch with another phone # so they can pick up, I'll be cleaning the pool by my own. The only thing they are good at is to take the $88 dollars from my account, this is my pool right now after it got super green and I cleaned, again it's getting like that because this people havent showed up

Honestly this business is the worse. They never come through and I've had nothing but problems with them since I signed a contract with them. I have paid the $58 monthly fee diligently for over a year now and I expect they honor their end of the contract. My pool is greenish brown! The reason is, Im told, they installed cheap salt cells and didn't order enough salt so my salt levels are low to none now. The only reason I found out is because I called to have my pool serviced and told them the situation with my pool. They wouldn't have told me anything but they do keep collecting my money. I was

DO NOT USE!! This company and their technicians are absolutely terrible. The technicians do not do absolutely anything! I canceled with them before and they sales guy said they got a new technician and new manager to ensure the techs are cleaning properly. I pay for the top service, weekly, scrub walls and tiles, vacuums, skim and chemicals. The tech was here for 3 and a half minutes and left. Didn't even do chemicals or clean my filter. He looks at the pool and left.

BEWARE: We were very hopeful with this company when we decided to switch our pool service. Mark, their repairs lead, promised that a new pump would fix our issues we were having and also that they would take a look at our pool vacuum and get us up and running. We signed up for service and purchased a new pump. The technician didn’t bother to look at the pool vacuum nor did the new pump fix the issues we were having beforehand. If you to hire the worst pool company in Florida you found it. Not sure if they identify as a pest control company or pool company but they send a new stranger into your backyard every 2 weeks, they don't clean pump filters and when they do they don't put back properly, they don't notify or communicate when they are coming or changing technicians, they do a piss poor job in general.
Bottom line is they take ZERO pride in their work and aren't worth paying a dime. I've actually lost money on them as they didn't fix my skimmer basket for an entire year after asking them

Used them for 3 months and here are my reasons for cancelling:
1) Over the last couple of months, I have had multiple issues with scheduling. They missed services, came out on different days than scheduled and it became difficult for me to keep track of whether my pool had been serviced or not.
2) The person who came out also repeatedly left the gates open when leaving even after requesting them to close it for safety reasons (I have a small child).
3) The pool didn't look clean. I still have floating debris even after they just serviced my pool maybe 10 mins ago.
Luckily, they were nice

Got sold on service by Dino the sales rep who came by my house. He made it sound all nice with pictures of before and after, free salt water system upgrades, and that he's there for us whenever we need him BS. I have contracted with this service over the course of about ~4 months. When I have spoken with their representatives I found them receptive to my concerns, these issues were a lack of cleaning build up on the walls of the pool, a misinstallation of a device that rendered the pool pump nonfunctional for a week or so, these things happen. As time went on I found that despite correcting some errors other would arise in their turn ultimately culminating in near catastrophe.

So these guys are a complete waste of money. I have them several chances but this is horrible. I asked for three weeks why my pool had not been vacuumed. The third week they left a note on the door saying that it had been done. There was literally nothing done to remove debris. They where good at telling me when my pool needed to be fixed but when it was working they did not service it at all just excuses.
