After hearing the horror stories from our Westchase neighbors, the Civic family collectively decided that it was time to step up and provide exceptional pool cleaning service to our community. After a few short months, we realized the impact that we were making and truly enjoyed seeing happy faces after our service would finish.

Today, Civic's Pool Service maintains pool care in South Tampa, Westchase, Carrollwood, St. Petersburg, Carrollwood, Clearwater and Lutz. We continue to push ourselves by utilizing various technology and servicing tools to help make sure every pool is chemically balanced to perfection.

Best decision we've ever made. Our pool has never looked better! Professional service, on time and super reliable. Our past provider would not add chemicals in at times or skip the vacuuming which forced us to jump in and pick up debris. Since hiring Civic's Pool Service I have done zero work. As they have done everything. We love our pool and knowing our kids can safely swim makes it that much better!!

Being new to pool ownership, I looked to professionals to keep my pool in working order. The Civics Pool Service Business model is perfect for me. Knowledgeable and friendly staff service the pool weekly and, most importantly they keep the pool owner in the loop with an e-mail set to the owner upon completion of the service. The e-mail includes all the information about the pool chemical status, temperature etc. Attached to the e-mail is a picture of the pool, time and date stamped, which shows you the pool's condition as well as confirming that the professional was on site as scheduled.

Ernie, his father, and all the professionals from Civic's Pool Service perform miracles, truly care about the condition of your pool AND your happiness! Not only do they provide stellar service but they do so with a human touch and excellent follow through. They will not treat you as just another client but more like one of their family members. After Hurricane Irma our pool was a swamp and I feared we would have to drain the pool. In short order my new friends

My previous company decided to stop showing up. After a few searches Civic's popped up and we decided to give them a call. I cannot even begin to describe the tremendous customer service from these guys.
