Southeastern Computer Associates has helped me time and time again with a variety of issues with my home computers - set-up, memory, connectivity, external storage, security. They respond immediately and often are able to troubleshoot and solve problems remotely. Their pricing is very fair for the quality of service provided. I highly recommend this company. I had the pleasure of having Jordon Goodson help me with an ongoing issue with my computer. Jordan was quick to answer and respond to my ticket. He was able to navigate and problem solve the issue by searching through several different platforms. He quickly found the root of the issue and made sure that I knew how to fix the issue if it happened again, as well as, making sure that it would not happen again. I've used SECA for years to support my small business. They have supported the migration to new systems and general help desk support. SECA has always been timely, knowledgeable and accessible. I once had a major problem with my laptop that basically disabled me from servicing my clients. I called SECA and they got me back up within an hour. Highly recommended.

Dustin was wonderful in helping me set up a new Outlook email account. I am not familiar with Microsoft products, but Dustin was very patient in helping me find all the information I would need to link my Outlook email in the Mail app on my iPhone. I really appreciated Dustin's attention to detail, patience, and friendliness. The level of customer service Dustin provided me was excellent!

Love the team at SCA!!! Just got off of the phone with Joseph who was wonderful. He solved my problem and quickly got me up and running. He also went the extra distance to show me how to do certain things in an easier manner and made sure I knew exactly where to go and how to get there. Aside from being so helpful, he is easy to talk to and quite funny and I needed that on a Friday afternoon!

I had a wonderful experience with Anthony recently. I placed a call to a tech line for assistance setting up my grandson"s printer to their online school laptops. He was incredibly patient, completely professional, and refreshingly courteous. His conversation was pleasant and genuine. I asked for a link just so I could post a raving review.
