Be wary of “insurance grab” low-level procedures like Disc FX. If it sounds too easy, there’s probably a reason. Dr. Baruch and others have great integrity; it’s a shame the practice resorts to this “production line” of out-patient procedures, without the proper diligence. It can cause life-changing effects, as it did for me.

Fantastic doctors! Doctors Raval and his team provide excellent service. From the time you enter the office there’s a welcoming feeling and the office is very clean. The stuff is welcoming and professional. Dr Raval is very knowledgeable and caring. I’d recommend Dr Raval to anyone who’s in need of pain management. This place charged me more than my copayment which I don't think they are able to do considering they sign an agreement with insurance providers agreeing to the payments patients will be paying. The physical therapy appointment I had was a complete joke and the therapist was more interested in selling me a package of appointments instead of the purpose of my visit. In addition to that, one year later they had a debt collector calling me to collect the copayment they said I never paid. I knew this was not true so I said I would investigate and call them back. They called me back 2 minutes later

I wish I could give Dr. Raval 10 stars. He has been absolutely PHENOMENAL helping me with a herniated disc. He calmed my anxiety, he follows through immediately and has been fantastic through it all. His entire staff is the same. He referred me to a surgeon today and told me he'd call them. Within 3 hours, their office contacted me. Follow through is everything! I'm so grateful to be under Dr. Raval's care.

I came in because of lower back pain lasting over 3 weeks. Met with Dr. Raval and he thoroughly explained possible reasons for my condition and what treatment steps would help alleviate the pain. He took time to answer all of my questions and was extremely friendly and professional. He even helped find an phsycial therapist that would take my insurance (which I greatly appreciated). Usually I leave a doctor's office with some lingering questions but not here, I left here feeling like I had a good grasp of what's happening to my back and a clear plan to improve it. I'm very happy with my experience

Great office that really makes you feel comfortable! From the friendly desk staff to the homey atmosphere, to the flavored and sparkling waters they have out for you it really shows that they are putting an effort in. Dr. Bhalja is also so terrific! She's upfront and gives you straightforward answers, she's kind and empathetic, and she's readily available giving out her personal number so I could text her if I had any questions. 100% recommend 👌

I do not usually leave reviews. But, I thought I would leave one for Downtown Physicians staff.
I have been seeing several healthcare providers for my chronic pain. I am sure they all have done all they can to the best of their abilities.
However, my personal experience with this office differs from the others in the way that they make feel welcome and understood.
From the receptionists, the physical therapist, the masseuse, the anesthesiologist, to doctor Raval, everyone treats me as if I am the only patient they have for the day.
The doctor always take time to listen to me and adress my concerns

The place is clean neat and well organized they always well prepared before any client steps in for services. Enrica is an amazing massage therapist she handles appointment on time well presentation work area she is awesome with her hands in treating any type of pain or discomfort she is the one to book with. I had an amazing experience at Downtown Pain Physicians. I initially went for a consultation with Dr. Raval about persistent knee issues and immediately felt welcomed and that my issues were going to be taken care of. With everything offered in house, this office soon became a bi-weekly stop for my PT/Chiro needs (special thank you to Jose and Paige!). Sofia the receptionist was always a bright face to see in the morning, and she was always on top of any appointment changes or information I needed. I am beyond happy with everything they provided and would recommend to everyone.
