Intra-articular peripheral joint injections provide physicians with an effective modality to help treat inflammatory conditions, such as chronic joint pain, degenerative musculoskeletal diseases, and rheumatoid arthritis. The physician injects powerful anti-inflammatory corticosteroids into the aggravated joint that will help to alleviate inflammation and pain.

Great staff and doctor! I've been a patient for over 17 years and would have no one else touch me! The staff & doctor are compassionate and thoroughly committed to relieving your pain thru many different treatments offered. My favorite is Radio Frequency which rids me of severe back pain for months at a time! Anything to avoid surgery if possible! Highly recommended!

I haven't been to too many places of pain management doctor, but heard horror stories. Howeve, i consider myself lucky to find this place. Without them, i would have been invalid alread. Doctors and PAs feel for the patients and i think that is the key. I know some crooks try to play with the syste, which is causing legitimate pain patients to suffe.
I appreciate this practic, doctors to make the life easier for pain sufferers.

My husband and I see Dr Mandelbaum in the Brooklyn office. Dr. Mandelbaum is a caring and understanding doctor. He takes his time to talk to us and explain things to us he does not just rush us out of his office. I would also like to say thank you to the girl that work in the office they are always very helpful and very friendly. My husband almost died of an overdose from the medications Dr. Thomas prescribed. He was rushed to the ER with a pulse of 30. The attending doctor in the NY Hospital ER was appalled when given the list of medications my husband was taking.
