Used them for a while but they just want you monthly fee. Techs don't pay attention to stains, just dump chem and go. I left them after discovering my anti-rust system was not working for 3 months (but the credit card charges worked). To be fair the system malfunction was not their fault but I felt their"tech" could have noticed the lack of use and new stains piling up and said/ done something. Manager felt differently. It ended in argument (they did refund 2 mo's). I've since gone to Evergreen who for roughly the same price has removed all the stains and actually checks

We were contracted with Rust-Tech for our community of 225 homes. Bella Vista in Lauderdale Lakes, FL. Rust Tech provided rust control for several years. We spent about $7000 per year for rust protection on our well for irrigation and cleaning the property from rust stains. Our property was always covered in rust stains. Monthly we would receive complaints from residents. We had rust stains on houses, driveways and cars. Our contract with Rust-Tech was to provide chemical to the well to remove the rust and treat any rust stains throughout the property. Rust-Tech was shown the issues with

We've been using Rust Tech services for about 2 years. So far we've been very pleased with the results and the customer service.
They do a great preventative job treating our well based irrigation water so that rust stains don't occur. However, if any rust stains do show up on our sidewalks or home exterior, they're also quick about removing them.
The price is pretty reasonable and with our sidewalks looking rust free, the property looks like a million bucks. Definitely a 5 star business. Great job Rust Tech!
