Since 1995 we have been providing a clean and safe place for travelers to rest and play. We are located less than a mile from Boyne Mountain and just a short drive to Petoskey and Boyne City. We have 11 rooms, 2 of which have full size kitchens and 1 full size house that sleeps 6. All rooms have Cable TV, AC and WI-Fi.

Our goal is to provide you with the cleanest motel room possible and to meet your needs to insure a pleasant stay. Snowmobiling right from your room to the trails ( Jordan Valley, Gaylord, Indian River, Mackinaw & UP ) with plenty of parking for your trailers. What To Do Report

There are hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails nearby. In addition, Boyne Mountain is less than a mile down the road for skiing and snowboarding. Spring brings out the elusive morel mushrooms. We are close to Chandler Hill and some of the best mushroom hunting grounds in Northern Michigan. Summertime offers an abundance of activities including biking, boating, hiking, and myriad festivals and events.

Overall the place itself could use renovation however the rooms are cozy and the motel is run by a very nice couple and I will continue to stay here while out of town. Rooms are decently priced and is in great location to Boyne Mt. I've stayed in rooms 4, 6, and 7. The pictures below are of room 4.

Our stay was not good the room was dirty i used my cleaner to clean it carpet looked not swept holes in areas for bugs to get in would not sleep in sheets there was insulation on bathroom window and could not even open it,, no wifi not first time this has happened they are not into keeping this place up the price to high for what you got not going back that is for sure we ask for credit for one night due to illness in family had to go home wouldnt do i say that is not caring i understand business have one of my own but have some heart

The owners were very polite and extremely helpful. But the room was grimy. Beds and blinds need to be updated. Carpet was very dirty. But for the price and being across the street from Boyne Mountain, we got what we paid for.

Very clean quaint stay, the most affordable in Boyne City by a wide margin. The owner was a very kind, informative gentleman with a wide breadth of knowledge of Boyne City as well as the surrounding areas such as Petoskey and Charlevoix. There are however reasons for this, one is that it is rather outdated however this does not affect the stay negatively. Two full size mattresses and everything was exceptionally maintained. No funky smells etc that you would expect at a smaller motel. No microwave or refrigerator, however there is Wi-Fi as well as a small flat screen TV. All in all, an excellent

I love retro motels. There is no reason to drop $100 on a chain motel, especially in this area. This is a really cool little motel. Knotty pine, a fridge, wifi, the essential new combined with the awesome old. Clean, quiet- help keep these great motels open. This one deserves your business!
