I specifically looked for a family pharmacy when I moved back. Cannot say enough good things. They know about my illnesses, always answer any questions very knowledgeably and they deliver. If I go in person I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes. I almost didn’t want to review because they are my hidden lifeline but everyone deserves a Bonita Pharmacy.

Cannot say enough positive things about this pharmacy! Wonderful knowledgeable staff, willing to help with any question or concern. We have never had an issue with receiving medications on time and their ability it compound on site is truly awesome! Drop those 'big box' pharmacies where you are just a number and try the place where you have a name. Keep up the great work!

Bonita pharmacy is one of the if not the best in southwest Florida. Donna Karkut ESPECIALLY is a phenomenal employee and is always super helpful. I don’t live in the area anymore and she always ensures my prescriptions are shipped to me in a timely manner. Donna goes out of her way to make sure my family has everything we need.

I called on Monday to provide my new health insurance information. The lady on the phone kindly said my insurance was good to go and she’s put the prescription in for pick on Wednesday. When I picked it up on Wednesday it cost me over $200. I showed the lady my insurance card and she rudely said “we don’t accept that” They should’ve informed me on Monday when I provided my insurance information.

Bonita pharmacy is by for the best pharmacy I have used. I've been using them for over a year now and I wouldn't switch for anything even though I am no longer close to them I prefer to drive the 40 minutes because I know they have the quality customer service care, when they say my prescription will be ready it is always ready on time, there is no long waiting even when I'm just bringing a prescription in

I've been going to bonita pharmacy for over 2 years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and always smiling. They greet me by my name as soon as I walk in the door. My medicine is always ready as soon as I walk in. And if I do have to wait, it's only for about 5 minutes. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. They also have the best lowest prices. I'm from east naples and drive all the way up there.

Love this local pharmacy. Came from my Vet next door as they will grind my dogs meds to liquid for me.
My furry baby will not eat meds no matter what.
Cute, quaint place that takes me back to the old days when pharmacies didn't sell cigarettes, junk food and makeup
Located in a small strip mall you can walk around or wait inside where they have a tv playing and a chair to wait.
Social distancing here and they do Covid testing as well
Happy that masks are required as I feel safe and my furry baby does too!

This is the Best Pharmacy I have ever used. You can feel how dedicated they are & really care in every interaction you have there . They text you when you have refills due to be filled & when they are ready & have great prices. They have always helped with everything I needed including spending a long time on the phone to try & get my scripts transferred from the horrible pharmacy Walgreens here in Bonita that constantly created problems filling my scripts. I finally had to get new Drs scripts written to be filled . I refer everyone I know to Bonita Pharmacy as it is very rare

I switched all of my scripts over to Bonita Parmacy after I went in to get a prescription there one day and the personable wonderful quick service was unlike anywhere else I've ever been. I will never go anywhere else again. Getting my scripts has become a peaceful unstressfull ordeal. Pharmacists and staff especially Donna are beyond kind and attentive to your every need. Definitely worth switching over here. I used to dread going to the pharmacy but now I look forward to it. Never a wait or feeling like a number . I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.!

I just got off the phone with Bonita Pharmacy. They are incredible!! I broke my leg so they are going to OUTSIDE THEIR NORMAL DELIVERY ZONE! To bring me my dogs heart meds that he needs to survive. They are wonderful everyday but this is way above normal nice. They are also going to put it in ice since it needs to be kept cold. I am blown away by their kindness and I really need kindness right now. Thank you so much BONITA PHARMACY.

Helpful and friendly staff that always goes above and beyond. If your looking for a pharmacy/pharmacist that takes the time to review and go over your prescriptions and doesn't mind spending extra time answering all your questions this is the place for you. Every time I have filled my prescriptions here the staff and pharmacist have been warm, inviting, and extremely patience with me unlike your typical Walgreens or CVS. Normally that alone is reason to give them a visit, but also every time I have visited this pharmacy the staff has been able to save me tons off both insurance covered and

My brother in law was new to the area and he was looking for a nearby pharmacy that would be easy to get in and out of during the afternoons. Anyone that lives in the area understands that the traffic here during rush hour is extreme and although we do have larger pharmacies here, it's really hard to get in and out with so many shoppers. Also, during 'season'-which is when retired folk visit with us for a few months at a time in the winter- the big box pharmacies are overrun with seasonal clientele and getting a prescription filled is truly an ordeal.
