Dr. Ram and his staff always do their utmost to make the experience of shipping an item or picking up a prescription very pleasant! The main thing I like about Family Pharmacy, ( Rattlesnake branch) is the community atmosphere that Dr. Ram creates. It is just like things used to be " in the old days". He remembers his customers by name and greets them personally. He makes sure that he has all that we need, on hand. If he doesn't have it, he can get it! I prefer to go there rather than anywhere else in Naples.

As a retired physician and a new Naples, Florida resident I was thrilled to discover the Family Pharmacy. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on new medications. He treats his customers as family and will go out of his way to explain and discuss the intricacies, side effects and fine points of his customers medications. It should also be noted that there is a USPS facility in the pharmacy.

#1 Pharmacy in the whole State of Florida. I came to America in1971 and have lived in several different States and Cities.Probably have visited more than a dozen Pharmacies throughout those years. I have to say that Ram & his crew is the best I have ever encountered, 5 stars isn’t enough for these fantastic people. I have never found a pharmacy in the Naples area that is so pleasantly helpful, kind and understanding.They will always try to get you what you need and at the best price possible.They are never too busy to do everything they can for you. Pharmacist Ram Samuel is a very knowledgeable and helpful professional. From the first time you walk into his establishment you will be warmly greeted and treated with the utmost respect, unlike the treatment you have been accustomed to at the retail pharmacies such as CVS etc. On a scale of 1 to 10 Family Healthmart Pharmacy is a 10.

Family Pharmacy is an excellent full service pharmacy. It accepts Part D insurance in addition to other insurance. Most important Ron, the pharmacist is very service oriented and goes above and beyond to get the specific medicine required. He also works to get his customers the best price available. I really appreciate his personal attention to my prescriptions and not waiting in long lines.
