I just got a 2022 crf450rl from Marco, here. Luke was very helpful too and he was the one I was talking to but ended up with his partner. (I showed up without giving a heads up). He was able to help me out, I don't have the greatest credit. Still he was determined to get me out of there with the bike I want. Was consistently in touch prior to my arrival, never pushy we both walked away happy.

BEWARE Motoworld of El Cajon. Do not go here!!! They ADD HUGE DEALER MARKUP to their Motorcycles, ATVs, & UTVs etc... I was looking at a new dirt bike with a $12K sticker and they wanted to sell it for $15K BEFORE TAXES!! Is that crazy or what? I was able to find the same bike at a dealer that was happy to sell it at full retail price. Motoworld lists their stuff online at retail price and then add on tons of markup... What a scam, bait and switch. So, look elsewhere and do not go here!! You have been warned. Go somewhere else!!

Don't waste your time with these guys. They are price-gouging Polaris products coming in at the 11th hour with pricing that is extremely marked up. For reference, they are listing a 2022 Ranger EV - Camo at $14,299 MSRP. Their pricing came back at $24k, with a discount @ $22k out the door. Called a couple of dealers shortly after and just bought the same model for $17,800 cash out the door in 10 minutes with zero hassle. Full clown town over there!

Took my sligshot here worst service I've ever experienced with a vehicle. Had back wheel bearing replaced and belt got it back with abs light on and track control doesn't and they have no idea how to fix it. Along with that they put the back wheel on wrong and left side of tire has extrem wear. Also had the replace A arm bushings and no alignment goes to the right if you have a sligshot I suggest you take elsewhere. I'm suing.

I would recommend going somewhere else for a service. Called around to other spots who were honest and told me they were 3-4 weeks out. I call Motoworld to see if they can do an inspection and routine service on my rzr I just bought. Brought it in on the 11/9 and let them know I am going out to the desert for thanksgiving. I was assured I would get it back no problem. I got an email saying it would be done 11/12, Sweet!!! Fast forward to the morning of 11/24. I called the night before and talked with the service manager corey who told me the rzr was on the rack and would be done the next day. I

Many thanks to Tory and the gang at Motoworld. Quick, effortless process to buy my '22 Yamaha TW200. Drove from Santa Ana to El Cajon cuz Tdub's are fast movers and limited inventory, and Motoworld was the only store willing to hold this one for me. Called and talked to Tory on Friday to see about picking up my bike Saturday. She maintained communication, sent photos and made sure my 2 hour drive would be worth it. Made a 2 hour drive because they seemed to have a pretty good inventory of Raptor Rs, arrived pumped because they had 3 or so, then we looked at the dealer mark up it was about $4K! I understand the break in the supply chain but an over 40% mark up is insane. We are new to the ATV game and have been looking at a lot of bikes to replace the beginner bikes we bought, this is literally the dealership with the highest markups and the most uninterested looking employees we have encountered. 2 stars because they have the inventory, -3 stars for the reasons listed above. I have known Glenn for many years. I have purchased a lot of things from him and he has always done me right. I see a lot of reviews crying over prices and added dealer mark-up, and I don't like them either. But all you cry babies out there need to know having a building in California is not cheap. And with shortages on everything they are not able to get the normal amount of stock they would sell on average. So here in America supply and demand means they need to charge more to make up for the shortages.

Overall great service. The tech who swapped my tires was really cool and informed me of some other issues. I was hoping that I would of got a small discount since they couldn't keep my appointment and made my wife and I drive from Julian twice and also catching that they forgot to add the 2 inner tubes to my original bill. I had a very negative experience at this place. They false advertise or display the prices of the helmets. The display price does not match the actual price. The display price is $99 but the actual price is $115. The sales person wrote me a ticket for 2 helmets. When I went to pay , it was $270. The sales person never disclosed the actual price. I went back to the sales person and told them that the advertise price did not match the actual price. He got his manager. Let me say that Motoworld of El Cajon was fantastic to deal with. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and bent over backwards to make sure our purchase was exactly what I wanted. Mackenzie Castro was my saleswoman, and she had excellent contact and communication skills. She was patient with my tons of questions and even sent me pictures when requested multiple times. I just purchased a 2021 rzr turbo S. I applied online on a Sunday I received a call back on Monday with an approval and offer. Tory was my salesperson. I was in and out less than 45 min. No BS. my interest rate even ended up being lower than expected. I had questions a few days later and Tory was quick to respond. It’s been since 2003 since I’ve last bought a bike from Motoworld. ALWAYS TEST RIDE THEIR BIKES & have a professional bike riding friend test it and check all necessary safety. Also, they're shiesty with the prices and could have sold us a bike that could have killed us. Luckily they weren't wanting to haggle the price on a bike that was dangerous. Yes, we still showed interest if they fix the bike and lower price. So glad we walked away.
I don't know if it was the manager but the dude was rude after we addressed the problem.

Terrible dealership. Saleswoman that was attending to us knew nothing of the bike, background of bike, or prices. When I test road the bike the rear brake wasn't working at all, and the tension on the clutch was adjusted too high so it was permanently engaged until I loosened it up. As soon as I pulled back into the lot and addressed my concerns, another employee or maybe even the manager quickly seemed distraught and began to give attitude as he quickly grabbed the bike and pulled it into the back of the building.

They continue to advertise vehicles they claim are "in stock", but when you contact them about it, they don't have it, but do have another one that is $4K more expensive, not counting dealer doc, prep, tax, title, delivery etc, etc, etc. I wouldn't do business with these guys under any circumstances.
