Purchased an Amazon Local deal for 5 cubic yard of junk removal. When we called to schedule this, the person insisted this was only good for appliance removal even though on the voucher it said junk removal. He said it would be $100 more to add junk removal. We called Amazon Local and they refunded our money. Buyers beware!!!!

Kaba Moving has failed to make any refunds or adjustments to my prior review. Not happy.
Kaba has another bad review under Kaba Junk Removal Service. Take a look at that one also before you book a move with them.
Although Kaba claims to have other positive reviews, none appear on the Internet. Ask yourself why?

Quoted $80/hr 2hr minimum.... Worked from 1220-1820 less half hour break total of 5.5 hours. Billed for $100/hr plus $20/hr due to move from a 3rd floor apt to a 3rd floor apt at 6.5 hours. They had the addresses at the time of the quote and never said anything about the additional $20/hr... which I refused to pay. After arguing a bit they agreed to charge what they quoted me. I did pay the extra hour only because my dad raved about their service and he hadn't tipped them. I'm not a moving expert but 5.5 hours seems like a long time to move a one bedroom apt with mostly only furniture

I have been doing a refurb on a rental unit and the junk was piling up. I was able to get a voucher through Amazon Local for Kaba Junk removers. Great, I can really use this.
I called to set up an appointment on May 22 for June 1 early afternoon pick up. An hour before I thought they may be there, I called. No, they were coming between 5-6pm. At 5pm, they called and the truck was broke down but would call when they could come. No call.
I called on June 3 to schedule pickup for the 4th. They said they would be there at 5pm. They were a no show and no call.
