Purchased a Groupon for 12 B12 shots! I setup/they confirmed my 1st appointment for Saturday morning at 8am. Mind you, their hours posted on their door says the same! I was there til 8:27am and NO ONE WAS THERE! There "emergency" number, I called/text, its obvious its a cell but no one answered my call nor text. Super unprofessional! This has never happened ANYWHERE I have been. Went out of my way to be there on time ans they have no respect. Who runs this clinic? Where is the doctor?!!! Horrible experience!

Scheduled a procedure in advance, took off work, when I get there they said they couldn't do it and had to come back later. Lost my day off work, they charged me for wellness visit and labs even though I provided insurance information prior to visit (which covers 100% of wellness checks & no copay). Read responses from owner to people's reviews and judge for yourself before going here.

I have been going to Evergreen since March and i love Ken.
The staff is always great also.
I go every week and they are always ready for me when i walk in the door.
He always asks how I'm doing and if i need anything or any refills and if it is time for my refills, they are usually called in within minutes.
I honestly don't see how anyone could have a problem with this place or any of the staff because they have all been great to me.

I have been seeing Dr.Ken for 4 years now and I absolutely love him and his staff. They are very attentive and compassionate. He has always gone above and beyond to help me in any way he can. He listens to you and takes care of you. He is very attentive. With most Dr.’s they come in ask a couple of questions and then that’s it, not with him he listens to you and answers your questions. I have never had a problem with my meds or my refills. I have Epilepsy and I’m on seizure medication that involves routine blood work and he always makes sure that I Never go without my medication. The reason I go to Evergreen is because they offer weight loss solutions as well as medical treatment. My favorite part is the interactions with Dr. Ken. He listens and treats your medical issue to ensure your health and well being. He goes above and beyond by ensuring our RX’s are called in and even uses telemedicine to ensure we are treated during these COVID times. We go there each month and are always greeted with a smile. I just wanted to Thank Dr. Ken and his staff for all they do for us. The new office is nice too.

There was no wait time, and the doctor was wonderful to deal with. He was very nice, and he actually showed that he cared about you and listened to what you had to say. I am glad to say that my wife and I have found our new primary care physician. I would recommend friends, family, or anyone else to give him a try. You will not regret it.

Horrible experience. They nickel and dime you for everything. I had insurance but they were still trying to charge me $75. I told them my copay was $20. They couldn’t even provide complementary water. Water is $1 for a 16 oz bottle. Just ridiculous and unprofessional. Then I felt like they were trying to prescribe all these medications that I was not comfortable taking. I expressed at least 3 different times that I don’t like taking medication. I asked for 1 in particular that has worked for me in the past and felt like I was being treated like a drug addict. I walked out of that clinic feeling

I've been to Ken Evergreen’s for over a year now I believe. I even take my kids if it's an after hours emergency because most of these "urgent care" clinics, even the pediatric ones, are places I've not had pleasant experiences at. He's very engaging, helpful, and understanding when it comes to your concerns. (Which is honestly why I continue to go there) I recommend him if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares.

Very nice Doctor. My husband will not go anywhere else. Doc listens to you and takes his time. He is very good. Helps a lot of people that do not have insurance and that is a blessing. It takes us an hour to get there from our house but my husband will not go anywhere else as his hours are very Accommodating and he understands people work. Thank you Doc for being a Godly man that helps so many people. Definitely a blessing and not many Docs like him anymore. The lord put him in a place where he is supposed to be.
