Honestly, I am very upset for several reasons. One is because my last appointment was rescheduled multiple times with this lady over the phone, she seems to be all over the place and first said there was no appointments and then gave me a 9:30 am appointment for Friday. When I arrived they told me I had no scheduled appointment. I was like I spoke to her and she confirmed my appointment I know this because it was a very important appointment for me, so they end up adding me to their schedule but with the nurse practitioner. I thought it wasn’t fair and I explained to the assistant. I just think

I love Dr. Nama and Dr. Thomas they are both great physicians! My entire family kids and my husbands family care office. Dr. Thomas is so sweet, and patient. I love that she doesn't ignore my concerns I'm a huge advocate for my health, and I appreciate the bedside manner. I know they may get sick of me lol bc if I feel that something is wrong I'm goin in, health is so important especially these days we can't ignore any sign that our bodies gives us, but I appreciate them so much! Clean office, patient, and caring doctors! The staff is nice as well, but I did recently have a staff member misinformed

I had an urgent need to see the doctor and though I didn't have an appointment, I was seen by the doctor the same day itself without a problem even though the doctor had a half day schedule. The staff members were very kind and pleasant. The timely intervention by the doctor and her crew is very much appreciated.

This was my first visit. Dr. Nama seems very knowledgeable and she and her staff are very nice. I would suggest that bloodwork on fasting patients be done immediately, not after the appointment. By the time my blood was drawn it was more than 12 hours since I'd eaten and I was getting a bit lightheaded.
