The information here is designed to provide helpful tips for parents of rhythmic gymnasts. There is a great deal of information to learn about rhythmic gymnastics in USA, gymnastic competitions, gymnast's nutrition and more. United States of America Gymnastics (USA Gymnastics) or USAG - the national governing body for gymnastics in the United States.
Our recreational program is under the direction of Coach Tiana Grow. It is a non-competitive, nurturing program that builds the child's confidence in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Focus on developing fine and gross motor skill coordination through structured activities that use music, obstacle courses, and alternative apparatus.
Club Gracia's competitive program provides training that focuses on physical and psychological conditioning and the development of advanced body and apparatus technique in order to prepare for participation in competitions. Gymnasts in our competitive levels will learn routines specific to their level of competition that are designed and choreographed to suit each gymnast's personal abilities and character.
Ballet is very important for gymnastics, as it helps the kids learn important aspects in their performance. If the gymnasts don't take ballet, they will have poor execution score during competition. Ballet will significantly improve their presence on stage by giving them strong posture and artistry, making them look elegant, confident and professional in their routines.

This place is a scam. There are some happy parents of young girls, who do not know the rhythmic gymnastics as a sport and take what is presented to them at face value. Tiana is not a professional gymnastics coach. If she was, then simple google search would reveal her past. If you google her name - you get no results, well, at least, not related to gymnastics. Check her older girlss competition results too (google rhythmic gymnastics region 2 meet results) - they speak for themselves. What you will get enrolling your daughter with IRG is some form of physical exercise, stretching, but not professional

I went to this gymnastics gym for 6 years. I had to leave because the injuries were far too great. To this day I have chronic ankle injuries and back problems. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. The only goal of the coaches is money. They have no care for the bodies of the athletes and do nothing to ensure safety. Tiana would always make someone pay for a private lesson and then focus on another person. Multiple coaches have made people cry for things they could not control. Additionally, Tiana would always make the gymnasts do everything for set up and just sit. And all of that is just the tip of the

This is a Great school! With the pandemic going on , lockdowns, and other personal reasons; I was about to leave this graceful sport. I couldn’t go to my gym in California, but Tiana offered me to join her team of wonderful gymnasts on zoom classes. Now, 6 months into online classes, I improved in flexibility, strength, conditioning, apparatus handling, and masteries. I am very grateful that Tiana gave me an opportunity like this and gave me the motivation to continue this sport!

Tiana grow has the WORST work ethic. She hires 15 year old girls and pays them pennies to teach your kids, in which you end up paying thousands of dollars for her "coaching". She then writes taxes off on them (tax fraud). He has multiple lawsuits against her, from over stretching children to the point of being hospitalized to varies injuries due to her negligence. She gives discounts to families paying for tuition in cash, again to avoid taxes. All she cares about is money and not your child's well being!!

My daughter NEVER GOT an injury since she was 4.... Tanya knows how to work individually with every girl.. My daughter is SO HAPPY to work HARD with her and want to say THANK YOU to Tanya for everything she’s

Tiana has no experience teaching Rhythmic Gymnastics. She is not a professional coach. She has multiple lawsuits against her some of which include causing irreversible harm to gymnasts, avoiding taxes by writing her taxes on her “child coaches”. She gives large discounts on classes if you pay cash. This place is a scam, she is a money hungry person and uses children as coaches because she knows nothing about gymnastics.
