The Rapid Quote is perfect for higher volumes or special features. Do you have a project that has an ITAR requirement? Unlike CNC machining where material is removed from a solid block to create your part, 3D printing is an additive manufacturing method where material is added layer by layer. PartsBadger offers both FDM/FFF along with SLA 3D printing for our customers who are looking for a low cost, quick turnaround option.
Urethane casting delivers high quality parts by using a 3D printed (or machined) single master part to create silicone molds. The molds are then filled with a prepolymer resin and cured by heat or radiation. The end product is a highly resilient plastic or rubber piece that can be suited for many applications.

Parts Badger has been a very reliable source for quality precision components. They have a reasonable and consistent lead-time especially when considering that the parts I send them are fairly challenging to machine. I have been using this shop for 3 years now with over 60 unique components successfully manufactured and in use. Issues I have encountered with them are a rare occurrence.

I have worked with Parts Badger for several years now. They are becoming my number 1 tooling supplier here in the US. I recently give them 59 parts to quote for me and they were able to turn the quote in less than 24 hours. The parts are some what complex and have multiple machining process per tool. Parts were delayed again and again. Rep stopped responding. Never received parts after paying in advance. No attempt was made by Parts Badger to rectify the situation. Do not recommend. Update 1 Nov 2021. Received part after posting review. Part was not made to spec. Critical hole features missing. Received email that I would be refunded for the delay. That never happened either. 0 integrity company.

Excellent service, and the quality of the parts they produced for me is the best I have ever seen. I originally made one assembly that I machined myself, and I requested the parts from them to make 7 more, and the quality was much better than I could even produce myself. They also responded promptly to emails, questions, and status updates which is greatly appreciated.

Placed a larger order for prototype parts because they were a few $k cheaper than our typical 5 day turn vendor. At the time, an extra 3 weeks, was not an issue. 6 weeks, later, no parts and a promise of parts in 2 weeks is absolutely not acceptable. I have lines sitting idle because are not able to test our parts before we scale.

Ordered 30 key way collar pieces; few days later I found out I needed 2 more of a slightly different size. So, I contacted Jimmy Crawford and asked that the 2 additional pieces be added to the order. He said it would be no problem since they were extremely similar they could just run 2 more of the ones I ordered and make them slightly larger. But when parts arrived there were only the original 30 parts (I kind of knew that would happen). I still needed the additional two items (missing these had thrown me behind schedule) and was quoted a price that was almost HALF of my 30 piece order. Now, I

I have done multiple orders of different parts with this company, and their work is top notch. I build some unique race car parts that are usually 2-10 pieces per order. Prices have been very good to reasonable, and lead times have been very good - always less than 2 weeks. I will continue to do business with them.

I have to say I hate email, but I am so glad that PartsBadger sent me one. My current supplier was very busy and I needed to get parts fast. I dug up the email PartsBadger sent me and forwarded my drawing over to them. I got a reply with a quote and lead time extremely fast. Not only did I get my parts in less than two weeks, they were perfect to spec. They provided me with status updates and friendly service. Since then I have placed many orders, and have now made them my preferred supplier.
